2 bedrooms apartment walking distance from Siena center

The apartment is on 2 floors and it's composed by a living area with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms - one in the open loft - a small balcony with table and chairs and a bathroom with shower.
One of the bedroom can be twin and we can add an extra bed only under request.
The rate includes linen and if your stay is at least 5 nights you have one cleaning with linen change included.
If you are interesting in breakfast, we organize buffet breakfast every morning with lot of fresh products and great Cappuccino. Rate is .... per person.
300 meters from the property you can find the biggest grocery store of Siena.
To reach the center you can use the public transportation - the bus stop is located 400 mt far from the apartment - or 20 minutes walk.
Imagine to stay very close to town surrounded by 4 hectars of park.
On summer the salt water pool is open for our guests.
Final cleaning included but guests have to clean the kitchen area before their departure or pay .... euro at check out.
Please remember that city tax is not included. Chilfren below 12 don't pay city tax. City tax is ....... Euro per person on winter time and ...... Euro starting from March till end of October.
