Perfect tranquillity

The gite is very well equipped, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. It is off the beaten track -- you need to drive to the village -- and it is luxuriously peaceful with beautiful views over the vineyard. We (2 in our eighties, son and grandson) enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely stay amid the vineyards

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here immensely. Marianne was very welcoming and left us some delicious homemade confiture and fresh eggs. We slept very well in the quiet of the countryside. One note: don’t count on your gps to find the gite- ask Marianne for the best directions. We found ourselves momentarily lost among the vineyards before a kind farmer turned us in the right direction.

Très bon séjour au Gîte

Un gîte très sympathique, bien meublé et équipé, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Se réveiller au milieu des vignes est très agréable et dépaysant, à recommander pour les personnes aimant le calme. Marianne est une hôte agréable et prévenante, nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Tolle Woche in den Weinbergen!

Wir verbrachten eine Woche im August bei Mme Cabezas und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Man ist zwar ein wenig isoliert, aber das macht nichts. Mit dem Auto sind es knapp 10 Minuten nach Beaumes, zu Fuß schafft man es in etwa 40 Minuten, wenn man nicht sportlich veranlagt ist. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Provence sind innerhalb einer Stunde Fahrt erreichbar. Trotz einer Affenhitze war es sehr angenehm im Haus, Dank einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage - falls man das möchte. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung sind ein ziemliches Understatement! Die Wohnung ist viel großzügiger als vorgestellt, sehr gut ausgestattet und kommt viel frischer daher als die Bilder es vermuten lassen. Wir waren zu viert, ein älteres und ein jüngeres Pärchen, und wir hatten genügend Platz. Das Wohnzimmer ist nicht riesig, aber hier hält man sich im Sommer wahrscheinlich sowieso nicht oft auf. Das Badezimmer hatte eine ordentlich Größe und eine fantastische Dusche. Die Küche war ausreichend groß, mit Induktionsherd, separatem Backöfchen, Waschmaschine und schmalem Geschirrspüler. Vor dem Haus ist ein schöner Essplatz mit Ampelschirm und wenn man ein paar Stufen ins Wäldchen hochgeht findet man ein überaus beschauliches Plätzchen mit vier Liegestühlen - großartig! Unsere Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in idyllische Aussichtslage in den Weinbergen oberhalb des schönen Dorfes von Beaumes de Venise. Etwas abseits des Ortes, aber eine ideale Lage am Rande der Dentelles und unterhalb des Mont Ventou für Ausflüge in die Provence. Carpentras und Avignon sind beispielweise schnell zu erreichen.

Great view and even greater hospitality

My husband, our 8-months old son and I spent a week in the Easter holidays in Marianne's house. Upon arrival we were greeted by Marianne with oranges and fresh eggs as well as a tour of the house. Marianne had prepared everything really carefully. Before our arrival we had agreed with Marianne that we would like to have the cot for our baby in our room and she had prepared everything accordingly. She also gave us a baby bath tub and a changing mat which made our stay even more comfortable. The house itself is very well equipped and cooking was a real pleasure. We have already stayed in quite a share of different holiday homes and we have never had a better equipped kitchen nor have we slept better than in our bed in Beaumes-de-Venise. If all of the above has not convinced you the view of the vineyard should do its trick. We would like to thank Marianne for making our stay so very comfortable and for making us feel welcome. We will definitely visit again.

La splendeur à l'état pur !!

Amoureux de la région, arrêtez vous chez Marianne, vous y découvrez une charmante maison douillette décorée avec charme et douceur tout comme les propriétaires qui nous ont accueilli avec de délicates attentions locales qui nous attendaient. Vous apprécierez dès votre arrivée par un chemin de terre des beaux paysages, le calme, l'odeur des pins, le tout à quelques minutes en voiture du centre village animé par les commerçants et l'authenticité de cette ville. N'oubliez pas de repartir avec une bouteille (au moins) de Beaumes de Venise (un délicieux apéritif sucré et doux). Merci pour ces 3 jours délicieux. Frédéric, Sophie et les filles
