This cozy penthouse brilliantly designed rises right by the amazing Las Canteras Beach, just a few steps from the sand. In a privileged area, central, next to the beach and close the emblematic Parque Santa Catalina and the shopping area Mesa y Lopez. And all services around: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. This exclusive attic has a spacious interior with top notch design and is fully equipped. Outside, large sunny terraces and solarium, totally private. Absolute peace and privacy amidst the best of this city.

You can enjoy this modern and amazing penthouse with incredible terraces and a private solarium with spectacular views of the whole city, the Pier and the island.
It is very central, surrounded by restaurants and bars with terraces where you can enjoy cuisines of all nationalities and the night of the city, but in turn is a very quiet house where you have the feeling of not having anyone around you. In fact, it is the only penthouse in the building and you do not have neighbors on your floor.

You will find the penthouse full of our books, paintings or the piano, which are part of the charm of the house.
The house has a great luminosity and is very cozy and practical. A place where you will feel very comfortable both to rest and to work. The central space is a study, where you can connect to high speed internet or use the fast and stable WIFI on any side of the house, even on the terraces.
There are two bathrooms and an outside kitchen totally equiped that also has a small terrace where you can have a breakfast enjoying an incredible view and the sea breeze. The dining room and lounge also overlook the large terrace.
From there you will see the cruises moored at the Muelle, next to Santa Catalina Park, where you can take public transportation to visit any place on the island or rent a car in the same street where the house is located. Taxis pass by at all hours and are very cheap.

You will have the feeling of being in peace in the house but very at the sametime you are located close to everything: you can walk to the commercial areas of Mesa and Lopez or to enjoy long walks along one of the best urban beach of the world : our Las Canteras Beach, with more than 3 km of crystal clear waters and golden sands, and a lively avenue full of restaurants, bars and shops.

You just must choose if you want to take a healthy bath in the sea or to rest in the sunny terraces of the house, where you will feel that there are not many places where you can live so well all year round.

The whole house is absolutely private. This penthouse occupies the top floor of the building completely, therefore you have no neighbors around.
Also, in addition to the terraces, you have a large rooftop solarium for sunbathing at any time of day. An intimate and spacious solarium with hammocks where you can enjoy the sun or the stars at night. Of course, totally private too.

SUPER!!!

The apartment is exactly as described - perfect, well-equipped, clean, absolutely nothing to criticise! We enjoyed its spaciousness and comfort very much, as well of course as the generus proportions of the sun terraces. The location, too, is wonderful....just a few steps away from the beach and promenade. And only a minute or two from a good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Excellent public transport facilities to the old town and other parts of the island. Taxis plentiful and cheap. We were particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the landlord, Fernando, and the information and maps he provided. Over the past 20 years we've spent several holidays in vacation homes and apartments. This was, without exception, the very best of them all! 100% to be recommended. We hope very much to return sometime soon :)

Lovely apartment ans good service

We can highly recommend this apartment, it’s big and spaces with two terraces with sunbeds and sitting area. We wanted a little better furniture on the upper terrace which was a bit spartan. The kitchen was very well equipped and when we had comments on the quality of the frying pans they were changed straight away - great. There were actually real kitchen knives that were sharp, we've never experienced that before. The bathroom was perfectly fine, the extra toilet very cramped. The bedroom is ok but the bed is a bit narrow. What was actually a problem was the noise from the construction of a new house across the street, it was very disturbing at times. Close to everything, Canteras, shops and communications. This apartment can be highly recommended. Fernando thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely apartment, gets sun all day. The photos barely do it justice.

This is a lovely apartment, less than a minute from from the beach but only a few minutes to Parque de Santa Catalina. It is in a lively area surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, there is a small supermarket opposite the apartment. However as the apartment is on the top floor it is very quiet. The apartment is in immaculate condition, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. A special mention for the excellent hi-fi which you can link to your tablet or phone to listen to your music. There is of course wi-fi. We were not cooking but the kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of cutlery, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc. The bed has a very comfortable mattress and the linen and towels are of high quality. (Bath, lounger and beach towels are all provided!) AND best of all there are two sun terraces (an upper and lower) both with loungers. You can get the sun all day long from early morning to late afternoon. Finally we are greeted on arrival by the owner (or owners friend) Fernando who could not have been more charming and helpful. He gave us his phone number in case we needed to contact him. There was a minor problem with the bathroom and Fernando had it resolved immediately. Overall a wonderful place; in a quiet building, in a great area and we would certainly stay here again if we return to Las Palmas.

Super Zeit in Las Palmas

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und sehr nette Vermieter, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Genial gelegen, in 2 Minuten zum Stadtstrand und Promenade, da kann man einfach mit nassen Klamotten vom Schwimmen zum Duschen gehen. Viele Geschäfte und gute Restaurants um die Ecke. Ideale Bleibe für längere Aufenthalte, auch der Busbahnhof Santa Catalina ist nicht weit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße an Fernando und Frau!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Terrassen sind das Highlight. Wir waren 2 Wochen hier, haben von der exquisiten Lage zum Strand Las Canteras und den zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars der Umgebung profitiert. Fernando ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, der bei Fragen sofort behilflich war. Die Wohnung ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Lo mejor para disfrutar de Las Palmas

El apartamento está genial. Es amplio, con una gran terraza y espacio perfecto para el teletrabajo. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia vacacional. La ubicación es perfecta, en plena playa de Las Canteras y a tiro de piedra del Parque de Santa Catalina, donde la estación de guaguas te permitirá ir a cualquier punto de la ciudad. Fernando fue muy amable con nosotros, nos recibió en la puerta y nos dio todo tipo de explicaciones. En fin, muy recomendable para disfrutar al máximo de lo que ofrece esta magnífica ciudad. No dudaremos en volver a alojarnos aquí cuando viajemos a Las Palmas.

Super Ausgangslage für einen schönen Urlaub auf Gran Canaria

Wir haben Fernandos Penthouse aufgrund der detaillierten Ausschreibung und Fotos ausgewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir wurden von Fernando sehr herzlich empfangen und ausführlich informiert. Die erste Woche haben wir sehr genossen. Las Palmas hat eine Menge zu bieten. Dann kam leider die Corona-Krise mit der Ausgangsbeschränkung. Zum Glück konnten wir diese Situation in dieser Wohnung noch ganz gut ertragen. Fernando hat uns auch dabei unterstützt. Was zu verbessern wäre: Einrichtung eines Empfangs von deutschen Fernsehsendern. Sonst war alles prima.

Sehr gepflegtes und Strand nahes Penthouse zum Wohlfühlen

Das sehr gepflegte Penthouse liegt zentral zum Strand und zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Museen und Einkaufsstraßen sowie die ca. 3 km entfernte Altstadt von Las Palmas kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen bzw. den Bus nehmen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich selbst versorgen kann. Gewürze sind auch ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt aber gute bis sehr gute Restaurants, die man alle zu Fuß erreichen kann. Den Empfehlungen von Fernando kann man vertrauen. Die gezeigten Fotos entsprechen der Ausstattung bzw. die Liegen auf der Terrasse wurden bereits durch neue ersetzt. Deutsches TV kann man leider nicht sehen. Bücher sind in englischer Sprache reichlich vorhanden, auch ein paar deutsche. Parkhäuser gibt es in direkter Nähe.

Superb penthouse, excellent location

Super penthouse, don’t want to tell anyone about this find and make it too popular! You cannot fault the flat, modern, stylish, so clean, amazing water pressure, super hot water. Solarium is so spacious and view is great, very private on both solarium and terrace. The only issue was the sun beds on the terrace where the fabric had burst on one of them and the other one the fabric was quite loose and you were lying on the spars of the lounger. We bought a lilo and put it on top of the lounger. The loungers on the solarium were much better. Fernando the owner is very pleasant, has a great smile and was very accommodating. The location is great, so many restaurants and supermarkados to choose from, the beach and promenade is perfect, well kept, clean. The whole area is flat and easy walking around. We will definately be back.

Ein Appartement in perfekter Lage, die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ein paar Schritte und man ist am Strand oder in einem netten Restaurant. Die Terasse ist ein phantastischer Platz zum chillen, lesen oder einfach nur sonnenbaden. Fernando ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Ein Platz zum wohlfühlen. Ich komme zurück.

Nice and clean apartment in Las Canteras close to the beach, restaurants and bars

We felt very lucky to stay in this nice apartment. Fernando is a very friendly host and answered my questions really fast - and helped us to find the Tomas Miller Parking for our rented car - very close to the apartment. The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The area around the apartment is full of life, nice bars, restaurants and places to sit, eat and enjoy. But the apartment itself is very quiet. It's a pity that we could not take advantage of the two terraces of the apartment because either we were on the road or it was too cloudy or too cold to sit outside. Although the weather was not always perfect in Las Palmas, we did manage to find the sun somewhere on the beautiful island. We were very happy with our rented car - Fernando organized the very close parking for us for 70 Euro/10 days - we found that a very reasonable price. We traveled to very nice places like Arucas, Galdar, Agaete, Teror, Puerto de la Aldea, Tejeda, Roque Nublo, Santa Lucia, Tufia.... - but it was always nice to come 'home' to our apartment. There are many nice restaurants in the area, but I would like to recommend 'La Quilla' (Calle Grau Bassus, 58) with excellent seafood ravioli - and El Bodegon, Calle Grau Bassus, 14 with typical Canarian food - both have very friendly staff.

Die Bilder der Wohnung sind keineswegs übertrieben, so sieht es aus. Auf den Dachterassen auf 2 Ebenen hat man immer Sonne und ist vollkommen privat. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal, nah am Strand sowie bei den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter Fernando ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung sauber und bequem mit allem was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns dabei sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und funktionierte. Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen sehr viel Spaß macht. Das Highlight der Wohnung sind die beiden Terassen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer. Der Supermarkt sowie Kneipen und Strand sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zu Fernando war äußerst angenehm und unkompliziert. Für uns war es mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung.

Nice Penthouse - Ideally Situated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay at Fernando’s Penthouse Apartment. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped, spacious, light and airy. The terrace was sunny from early morning until early afternoon, but the large, private rooftop solarium had sun all day. The apartment is ideally positioned just a minute’s walk from Las Palmas’ lovely beach and promenade. Shops and restaurants are all close by. Fernando, the owner, is a lovely guy, enthusiastic about his property and extremely helpful. He arranged our transfers at a very reasonable price, met us on arrival, showed us round the property explaining how things work, and provided useful information and advice about the area. We definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again with no hesitation.

Perfect apartment to relax and unwind.

A tremendous apartment, really well equipped and spacious.with a comfortable bed which is always a bonus. The photos don't do justice to the sun terrace which is larger than it seems in the photos. Notice also the flight of stairs in one photo. That leads up to the apartment roof which gives even more outdoor space with more loungers that can be in the sun or shade according to your choice. We will definitely be back again before too long. Fernando was great, met us at the apartment when we arrived, helped us find some local music venues to entertain us and met us as we were leaving to

Great Apartment, Very Well Located
