UN CONFORTABLE CHEZ-SOI

Appartement confortable, très bien meublé et organisé avec goût, équipement de qualité. Une grande terrasse sans vis à vis; l'immeuble est calme, à 5mn de la mer, 10 mn des musées et un peu plus du centre ville (20mn de marche), mais bus tout proches. Quartier avec tous les commerces et supérettes possibles. Une très bonne patisserie au coin de la rue. Le frère du propriétaire (qui lui vit à Londres) , Vassili sera aux petits soins si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit; même d'une couverture! Ménage impeccable et tout ce qu'il faut pour l'entretien quotidien. Bonnes prestations. Un bon compromis pour éviter les soirées trépidantes du centre ville;
