Fantastic stay!

Beautiful room & location. So convenient to all of old town Verona. Place was lovely, quiet & just as described. The washer & dryer was an excellent bonus & worked well. Super easy check in with host waiting for us when arrived. Helpful info provided by her on local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Stay

Historic building, period furnishings, and all modern conveniences. The apartment's character reflects the city's rich history. Ideal location for walking everywhere. Check-in was handled expertly by Licia who was available if we needed her. Over all, one of the best apartments we have rented around the world.

I rarely leave reviews — things happen, good and bad, and I'm not someone who nitpicks. This stay was very different. I felt compelled to share so future guests aren't misled. It was that significant.Location is good but the apartment is not good to host travellers.First words at check-in: this is an old building, don't run multiple appliances or the fuse box trips. Not in the listing. Discovered at the kitchen table. In 85F heat, this meant choosing between AC and everything else — including the washer/dryer we specifically booked this property for.Host confirmed in writing pre-booking that the unit had a combo washer/Dryer — our #1 search criterion as carry-on travelers. Clothes came out wet. Neither host nor associate could explain the dry function. A neighbor tried to help but said this model has no dryer. We were pointed to a laundromat by host instead.Every question was met with one-word responses or a response deffering us to "All details are written on the listing." Here's what the listing omits: shower drain doesn't work, floods the bathroom; AC doesn't hold temperature; mattress is extremely firm; trash instructions were wrong; kitchen cabinet couldn't be closed.Oddly, VRBO Payments were processed off-platform by a third party host at check-in — three separate charges. We later received a SPAM phishing attempt using our exact name and reservation dates. Host's response: "Hacked, Block it." No concern about our data being hacked. Future guests deserve to know.

The guests stayed and subsequently requested a refund for invalid reasons. We welcome guests in person directly at the apartment; everything is explained at check-in, and guests are free to ask any questions. We are available during the check-in process. The apartment is as described in the listing, and there is a washer-dryer that works properly, It is a basic machine that is very simple to use. The shower drain works properly; it depends on whether guests clog the drains. The apartment has been renovated, and the electrical system complies with Italian regulations. A standard power supply of 3 kilowatts—the norm in Italy—is provided. The approximately 60-square-meter apartment is equipped with two air conditioning units—one in the sleeping area and one in the living room—ensuring the unit cools effectively in compliance with regional regulations. The mattress is of good quality and medium firmness, though I realize that is very subjective. In accordance with VRBO rules, for listings connected via a channel manager, payments are handled directly by the property; we explained this to the guests and suggested they contact VRBO support to verify the procedure. Several travel websites were hacked this summer—this was even reported on television in Italy. While I understand this is an unpleasant situation, we informed you immediately via a message on the VRBO chat. You can find our contact details directly on your booking information. Licia

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön.Verona ist wunderschön und von der Ferienwohnung aus ist jede Sehenswürdigkeit sehr gut zu Fuẞ erreichbar.Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen. Vermisst haben wir Geschirrtücher, die waren in jeder guten Ferienwohnung bisher immer vorhanden, daher hatte ich nicht damit gerechnet. Wenn man es weiß, kann man ja vorsorgen.

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro ,posto tranquillo in un palazzo storico con soffitti alti e dipinti, pulito e di buon stato,comodo bagnio con ampia cabina per la doccia,nuovi asciugamani,lenzuola,accappatoi,cucina perfettamente attrezzata!Consiglio a tutti!
