The unspoilt Adriatic coastline is only a 25 minute drive away through beautiful countryside, so you can enjoy days at the beach. The region offers the advantage of 2 airports, Bari and the closer, more convenient Brindisi – around 35 minutes away. Trullo Cicerone comprises the ancient trullo with 1 double bedroom, with ensuite and an adjacent modern villa which houses 2 spacious en-suite double bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a lovely freestanding bath and shower, which can be opened up with its sliding doors to offer triple aspect views. The second villa bedroom can be set up as a spacious double or twin and both villa bedrooms have French doors opening onto the veranda or terrace. The third bedroom is in the trullo, where you can sleep under the magical cones and has a good size en-suite shower room. The fascinating property has been recently tastefully renovated and elegantly decorated. It is set in large grounds with the added bonus of a beautiful private pool (10 metres x 4 metres, plus a spiaggia pool for sitting in ) where you can enjoy sun drenched days and tranquil evening sunsets. The property has all modern conveniences, including newly appointed kitchen with oven, dishwasher fridge freezer and a washing machine, toaster and kettle. The stone walls and lofty cones provides a lovely ambient environment and the doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Bedding and towels provided. The property lends itself to alfresco dining, with a coal BBQ and a splendid outdoor table set under a cool veranda that will enable a family and friends to enjoy shady lunches or sumptuous star lit dinners, after a perfect Italian sunset aperitif.
In the cooler seasons you can come inside the magical Trullo cones and cuddle up by the log burner, for the perfect end to your day. In winter the elegant stone floors will be heated by the under floor heating – this is truly an all year round destination.
