Surrounded by trees, the large swimming pool has a private and secluded feel, and the spacious terrace offers the perfect spot to relax and admire the delightful scenery. The nearby town of Ceglie Messapica is within a 10 minute drive, where you will find local restaurants, bars and a supermarket. This detached 3 bedroom villa has a delightful countryside location surrounded by trees. The town of Ceglie Messapica is only a 10 minute drive away, with its narrow paved streets and lively Piazza Plebiscito, surrounded by traditional Italian restaurants serving fresh pasta and gelato. There are also a number of bars serving delicious cocktails, and a weekly local market where you can buy fresh produce. What's more, the crystal-clear waters of Spiaggia di Villanova Beach are half an hours' drive away.
