Excellent Location
This was our first time in Val Thorens and we couldn’t have picked a better apartment. Sylvain was easy to contact and passed useful info to us. The agency was also very helpful and were easy to find. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and was just across the road from the slopes. Be always the most welcom in VT.
Super place, well furnished and in a good location in VT. The apartment is well furnished and had everything we needed for our week away. The location is not really skiable to at Easter when the runs through the resort are brown, but it is very useful to be able to ski to the ESF building and catch the elevator up to literally across the road. We spend many holidays in VT and know our way around and Rue du Soleil has everything you need in the way of shops, but to get up to the main front de neige you only need to walk a few metres from the building to the elevator and bridge up to the bus station level. Only one slightly negative thing is that the apartment is at ground level on the street and we were woken many times by noisey people walking up the road shouting and singing into the early hours, as well as a few snowballs thrown at the window. Perhaps more a problem of the other visitors to the resort- but probably less of a problem to those on higher floors.

The apartment is small but perfectly formed! It was ample for the 4 people in our party but is very compact. Everything that we needed was there. The real draw is the location - everything that you need is on the doorstep. The ski hire shop was opposite, the bakery a little further along, the slopes 40m away, the supermarket 100m up the road, restaurants next door.
Great location, fantastic apartment - but not large
We had a fantastic week in Val Tho. The apartment is in a great location for both the piste and all the amenities of the village. The apartment is of high quality and it is amazing what has been fitted to the space. It is not large which was a bt of an issue for our three older teenagers but otherwise of high quality.
Het appartement is gezellig, comfortabel en netjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien. We verbleven er met 2 personen.
Wat ons een beetje tegen viel was de omgeving. De hoofdstraat is 's nachts erg rumoerig. Verder was het appartement op de begane grond, maar uitzicht hadden we meestal op busjes die vlak voor ons balkon werden geparkeerd.
Die Lage des Apartments sowie die perfekte und liebevolle Ausstattung kann man nur empfehlen.

Appartement très fonctionnel et bien situé
L appartement est tres bien situé très proche des pistes et du centre , idéal avec enfants . L aménagement est parfait il est très fonctionnel , moderne , bien équipé . Plutôt calme la nuit . Un seul petit détail hauteur du plafond au premier étage 1m80 ( mon mari fait 1m90...) mais ça le fait quand même . Super le petit dej , le premier jour !

Fantastic Apartment!
What a great apartment! Perfectly located, practically ski in/ski out (within 20m) and close to rental shops, supermarkets and directly opposite a bakery (who delivered a lovely surprise of fresh croissants, baguettes and coffee on our first morning). Bars and restaurants are all within a 5 min walk. The apartment is cosy, but large enough for 4 adults and really well equipped - everything you need in the kitchen and the large TVs are great for a relaxing night in. The beds are very comfortable too, and the apartment was warm, very clean and with plenty of hot water. The Agent Ma Cle Immo were helpful, with good communication and offered excellent priced ski passes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and would stay again when next in Val Thorens.

Fantastic Appartment
Very modern apartment in a fantastic location. Easy access to the slopes, with a bakery and ski-rental next to it. 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars. The host was very helpful in explaining everything.

Contact avec l’agence pour l’état des lieux difficile. Entrée à 17h30 dans le logement (contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site internet).

bonsoir Jonathan, désolé pour l'attente générée par l'agence. L'appartement est en demi étage, vue sur la montagne de votre chambre et la vue sur la rue enneigée animée le soir est très sympa. Le gros avantage c est que vous n'êtes pas importunés par les longues attentes de l'ascenseur de la résidence .

Fantastically located apartment which is decorated luxuriously and is exceptionally well equipped
The owner was very helpful on the lead up to our stay. Very quick responses to email, messages via HomeAway and via text. They were able to answer all our questions including nearest ski hire shop etc.
The location of the property was perfect - just cross over the road and we were at the slopes. Its just a short 5 minute walk to the town centre and less than that to a large Spar supermarket.
The apartment itself is very nicely decorated giving it a cosy luxury feel. The small things like it being stocked up with dishwasher tablets, USB cable plug points throughout and an exceptionally well equipped kitchen all made our stay perfect.,

Beautifully equipped and designed chalet
The whole experience was highly recommendable. The chalet is located very centrally, and the letting agency were friendly and helpful. Not only was it well equipped with three TVs, a Magimix coffee machine and a highly functioning kitchen, but there were lovely details; such as the welcome breakfast of 6 croissants and coffee which arrived on our doorstep the first morning.
Would highly recommend the chalet and really enjoyed the stay!

Superbe appartement au pied des pistes et au divers restaurant appartement lumineux au rez-de-chaussée décorer avec goût appartement très bien agencé et très propre l'accueil au niveau de l'agence était parfait rien à dire propriétaire fort sympathique avec un petit-déjeuner offert par ses soins à notre arrivée pour toutes les personnes voulant passer un agréable séjour à Val Thorens je vous conseille cet appartement vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés je donne la note de 10 sur 10 pour mon séjour

Très bel appartement idéalement situé
Très bel appartement, assez grand pour accueillir 6 personnes, avec un étage réservé à l'espace chambres.
Par son emplacement, l'appartement se trouve à un endroit idéal. S'il n'est pas situé directement face aux pistes, on peut y accéder sans difficulté en passant par l'ESF qui se trouve juste en face : une rue à traverser, un ascenseur à prendre et l'on peut chausser les skis sans plus de difficultés.
Pour se rendre au cœur de la station, il convient de prendre un ascenseur et suivre une coursive et arriver directement dans une galerie commerciale. Il faut moins de 5 minutes...
Tout ce qui peut être utile dans une station de ski se trouve à proximité, depuis la location de matériel (1 minute), jusqu'aux commerces d'alimentation. Une boulangerie servant notamment des viennoiseries au beurre se trouve juste en face de l'appartement.
Il est possible d'acheter ses forfaits, ski aux pieds, en s'engageant sur les pistes.
Un parking public (obligatoire) se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres (il faut descendre la rue devant l'immeuble).
L'entrée dans les lieux s'est passée sans difficulté, en récupérant les clés dans une agence immobilière située à proximité. Possibilité de louer des draps pour un prix dérisoire ainsi que du linge de toilette.
En cours de séjour, j'ai eu besoin d'interroger le propriétaire qui m'a immédiatement répondu par mail et téléphone et s'est inquiété ensuite de savoir si tout se passait bien !
Enfin, après notre première nuit passée dans l'appartement, nous avons été heureux de recevoir en guise de cadeau de bienvenue, viennoiseries, pain et café !
Bref que du bonheur pour un séjour réussi.
On écrit souvent pour dire que l'on est mécontent, on est écrit rarement pour dire que l'on a passé un très bon séjour ! Ce fut notre cas, nous reviendrons...

Great renovated stylish apartment close to slopes
We enjoyed a great week in this nicely renovated and cosy apartment. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, and the ski locker facility is good. Excellent bakery next door, and restaurants and supermakets are steps away. The ski run stops 20m away from the building.
Things that could have made our stay better: No english channels on tv, and absolutely no basic amenitites provided such as bed sheets, towels, hand soap, etc. This may be normal in French ski resorts but it came as a surprise to us, given that we regularly rent holiday apartments worldwide.
The apartment owner was courteous and in touch regularly.

Acogedor y muy bien situado

EXCELLENT SEJOUR
L'appartement a été conforme a à nos attentes, décoration soignée avec goût et des matériaux de qualité (frigo Liehber, nespresso, TV grand écran dans toutes les pièces etc.).
Appartement en duplex (hauteur sous plafond 1.85 m à l'etage, mais c'est le coin nuit...)
Ambiance chalet de montagne, ski au pied, et proche place Caron (passerelle à 15 m)
Secteur calme la nuit.
Bon rapport qualité prix !
