Guests also have access to our private beach, which was fully restored with new fresh sand, where they will find plenty of sunloungers.
A private beach, pool and spa hot tub, within footsteps of the building lobby, are for the exclusive use of condo owners and rental guests (no additional fees). Sunloungers, tiki hut umbrellas and palm trees stretch along the beach and are positioned poolside. Family barbecue area to rear of the property.
Located next to the Marriott Resort and Spa. Access to the hotel facilities (i.e., additional pools, tennis, gym ...) is possible for an additional fee via a Guest Pass (subject to availability).
Highly rated, Full service Spa at Sanibel Harbour, a short walk away on the Resort grounds, is open to the public. Good selection of restaurants are also within walking distance on the Resort grounds. A walking/jogging trail winds through the lush, tropical setting of these well maintained resort grounds.
The next door marina offers boat and other watercraft/ kayak /paddle board/wave-runner rentals. The fishing pier is ideal for casting a line or for just a stroll. A luxury dinner/brunch yacht cruise is available on site - advance reservation is highly suggested
Spectular views from within this South/west corner condo and the enclosed lanai terrace. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo is presented beautifully with a full fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lovely presented living room with water view. Condo renovation completed including all essential equipment newly installed (i.e., new a/c unit, hot water heater...) and the condo is managed and maintained by an onsite management company to ensure a hassle-free stay.
The unit contains all the amenities of a home including high speed wireless access (no charge) and cable tv in all rooms.
The renovated, fully equipped kitchen includes new cabinets, stove cooker/oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. Kitchen is well equipped for family cooking. Keurig coffee machine and an electric filter coffee maker are provided. Large granite countertop provides plenty of working space and faces into the open space dining and living area. The kitchen leads to the dining area separated by a bar height counter with swivel stools perfect for morning breakfast or evening entertaining.
The dining area and living area are set out so to enjoy the breathtaking water and beach views from many angles. The glass dining table comfortably seats six - all newly installed in 2024. The living room sofa (queensize sleeper sofa) and love seat are well positioned for tv viewing and taking in the water views. A comfortable chair sits off in the far corner for a quiet reading. For a bit of dedicated working space, there is a desk that can easily be positioned in this quiet corner or one of the bedrooms (as a guest may prefer)
The master bedroom (with king size bed - new mattress installed in 2023) has sliding glass doors which leads to the front lanai terrace. Bedroom has wall-mounted flat screen tv. En-suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and plenty of closet and draw space makes for a comfortable stay.
The second bedroom has a 2 twin beds (new beds & mattresses installed in 2023) television and large closet.
The second bathroom includes a full bathtub/shower, large counter and sink and plenty of storage space.
This unit sleeps 6 as the living room sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. New living room furniture including new sleeper sofa were installed in 2022

Five stars across the board! The condo is adorable, the pool was great and the beach was so pretty. Very calm and quiet. Plenty of parking and Publix is 5 minutes up the road if you need anything, Sanibel is only 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well stocked and easy to access.For seniors, there are carts available for your luggage and a good working elevator. Handicap parking is a little further from the front door than we’d have liked but there are plenty of spots.I would be thrilled to visit again. Such a beautiful relaxing place on the water. Sunsets are incredible! Thank you to the gracious hosts.
Our last minute stay at this property was just what our family needed! Perfect location and we loved the private beach. It almost felt like we had the place to ourself. Lori was super helpful! Hope to stay again!

Very enjoyable stay in this beachfront condo. The unit was exactly as portrayed in the photos and the communication prior to our stay and while we were on property made the rental process easy. The sunset views from the screened patio were wonderful! We would rent this place again.
We wanted a location close to Sanibel Island and this was perfect. The condo was roomy and we had everything we needed. The sunsets were awesome! Thank you!

We love the location as well. It great to pop over to Sanibel Island but good to escape from the crowds and traffic of the island to a quiet setting here at Sanibel Harbour Resort.

Peefect condo for our family. Im familiar with the property/ area, and was happy to come back. This was a different condo than before, and the owner was great! Very attentive to messages!
Condo was wonderful. Pool area was fantastic. Beach was clean and small but we were disappointed as there was a ton of seaweed in the water and no one swam there. Very close to bridge to Sanibel and Captiva and fort Myers beach area. Outlets and restaurants are close by. A great stay.

I am sorry that you experienced a period of seaweed in the sea. The water comes from the Gulf of Mexico so is subject to Mother Nature. It is unusual to have much seaweed in the water but I suspect the current and weather conditions brought in the seaweed. Glad to hear our property maintenance team managed to keep the beach clean of it with their regular raking.
Glad that you were able to enjoy the pool area. I agree the pool and hot tub are fantastic, especially as it sits right next to the water, the views are terrific during the day and at sunset.
I do hope you and your family will be visiting again soon.

Beautiful, updated condo with amazing views of Sanibel Hatbor.
We were so impressed by this beautiful, updated corner condo with picturesque views of Sanibel Harbor! We hope to come back soon! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation at the beach. The pool is very nice and we loved how close we were to the beach. We have already highly recommended this property to a couple friends!
We had a great time and the property was everything we expected. The property manager was very prompt with a couple of very minor issues. We would have liked to have been able to have pool access in the evenings as the days were very warm. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great property with beautiful views of Sanibel Harbor 24/7. Private beach, nice swimming pool, and beautiful landscaping. Perfect location for privacy and for visiting Sanibel and Captiva for the day. Condo very comfortable with the amenities of home. Last, the lanai faces southwest providing plenty of sunshine during the winter season. We will be back - soon!
The communication with the Owner (Lori) was great before and during our stay. We knew the pool was not available, we still had a great time sitting on the beach and on the balcony. We were there only 3 days and during our visit we drove to Sanibel Island. The devastation is so great, it is understandable that the recovery will take a long time. Thank you Lori for being a great host!

We were lucky to escape with minimal damage but those on Sanibel island were not so fortunate. Slowly they are recovering, restaurants and public beaches are now open…

This condo was perfect. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The view from the screened lanai was outstanding, overlooking the causeway and bridge to Sanibel Island. We spent every evening on the lanai watching one beautiful sunset after another. The kitchen, the furniture and the bedding were top of the line and the heated pool and Jacuzzi were just what we needed after days spent shelling on Sanibel. The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are already planning our next stay at Punta Rassa.

This is one of our 7 condo at Sanibel Harbour. One unit is for our own residence while the other 6 condos (2b/2b and 3b/3b units) are available for short-term or long-term rental.
We now have had the furtunate opportunity to spend most of the year here and are highly involved the the management of the rental condos. Lori serves on the Building Board Association to ensure the property remains an enjoyable place for us, our fellow owners and our guests.

Having stumble across Sanibel Harbour many years ago, we knew this would be an ideal spot for our family vacations with our small children. We now have the pleasure of spending time here with not only our children but grandchildren as well.
