Welcome to "Seascape"!
This recently updated and freshly painted “light and bright” ground floor condo with easy access to the ocean and pool, offers beautiful views and tons of natural light in every room! Located directly on the shores of Amelia Island, this one bedroom, one completely renovated bathroom condo with oceanfront patio has everything that you need to relax and enjoy a much-needed vacation getaway.
Walking through the front door, your eyes will immediately be fixated on the breathtaking views! In the living area, you will find luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout with a cozy couch that pulls out into a queen size bed for that extra sleeping room, two comfortable reclining chairs, new 50" flat screen SmartTv with streaming apps and live tv is a welcoming spot to unwind while enjoying the coastal and pool views. Sliding glass doors leading to the oceanfront patio, you can choose to have meals outdoors, complete with two chairs and side table for relaxing with a good book or just enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing on shore.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need to prepare a home cooked meal, all while enjoying the amazing views. The dining area is just off the kitchen and provides seating for four.
The wonderful master suite is beautifully decorated with coastal teals and blues and is accompanied with a comfortable memory foam queen size bed for relaxing, double nightstands, a dresser, new flat 50" screen television with streaming apps and live tv, and magnificent ocean views. There is also a fully renovated full bathroom with new walk-in shower and vanity sink.
Enjoy the private patio located just off the master for a quiet retreat after a day soaking in the sun at the beach or pool or from a day of touring all that Amelia Island has to offer!
Don’t worry about bringing too much! Beach towels, beach umbrella, beach and pool gear, beach chairs as well as a “must have” beach cart are provided!
