Relax in the communal pool, perfect for enjoying the sun, in a quiet and well-connected area, an ideal space to disconnect and enjoy the Costa Brava.

 
We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible



COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.



ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Animals: €25 per animal for the entire stay.

Wir haben die Wohnung für acht Personen gebucht. Es gab vier Zimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und einen großen Balkon – es war definitiv genug Platz für alle.Was uns weniger gefallen hat, war das Sofa; es müsste unserer Meinung nach dringend ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank waren eingeschaltet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, einer Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln müssen selbst mitgebracht werden) und einer Spülmaschine. Im Bad stand eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.Negativ hervorzuheben sind die fehlende Untersetzer für heiße Pfannen und ein Küchenhandschuh zum Herausnehmen von heißen Backblechen. Seife, Spülmaschinen- sowie Waschmaschinentabs und Geschirrtücher müssen mitgebracht werden. Auch grundlegende Dinge wie Salz und Gewürze, die man oft nur in kleinen Mengen benötigt und nicht im Flugzeug mitnehmen möchte, mussten wir selbst kaufen.Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, da sie maximal fünf Minuten vom schönen Strand entfernt ist. Auf dem Hof gibt es einen Pool, der mit den Gästen der beiden anderen Wohnungen geteilt wird. Wenn alle drei Parteien mit dem Auto anreisen, kann es jedoch eng mit den Parkplätzen werden.Die Wohnung und der Garten sind eher spartanisch eingerichtet, es fehlt an Gemütlichkeit. Das verrostete Tor und hohe Bordkante ist das Erste, was man bei Ankunft sieht. In großen und ganzen war unsere Aufenthalt schön, danke
