Comfortable apartment with capacity for 4 people. It is situated in the urban center of Roses, nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 30 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.
We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible
COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.
ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.
By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: 1.93 per person per night. Animals: 25 per animal for the entire stay.
CHECK-IN TIME: from 3:00PM to 10:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00 AM.
VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments have an automatic opening and closing system using a link or PIN code. The virtual keys will be sent at 8:00 a.m. on the day of your reservation, provided that the online check-in has been completed.

La procédure d’arrivee est mal organisée et est à revoir.
L’appartement est très bien situé très propres mais mal entretenu la chasse d eau fuit nuit et jour, la climatisation fuit également et il manque un lave-vaisselle car le lavabo de la cuisine n est pas pratique.
Ce ne sont que des remarques pour améliorer le séjour des vacanciers.
Il est très bien situé la terrasse en plein centre ville est un luxe.
