It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and enclosed terrace, exterior. It has parking in urbanization. And it has included a garage in the building next door, 100 m.
The apartment is completely renovated and fully equipped.
It is in an ideal location, the best of central Llanes, very quiet but close to everything: beach, restaurants, playground, medical center, bus and train station.

Apartamento estupendo

El apartamento es estupendo, esta muy bien equipado tanto para adultos como para niños (trona,cuna,barrera cama, balera etc). Ubicado cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila es un sitio perfecto para pasar las vacaciones. Cabe destacar la amabilidad de Agustin y su familia, disponibles en todo momento y dando todas las facilidades del mundo. Ha sido un autentico placer.

Buen apartamento, bien ubicado y equipado

La comunicación con el anfitrión, muy buena. El emplazamiento, estupendo. La zona es tranquila, pero próxima al centro. Es un piso reformado, muy luminoso, en segunda planta de un edificio que tiene bajo, primero y segundo. Todas las piezas, salvo el baño pequeño son amplias. Sacar la mesa de comedor del salón a la terraza-galería, es una magnífica idea. Como propuesta de mejora habría que extender la reforma a los baños, mejorar los colchones y darle un repasillo al sofá de dos plazas. El piso está muy bien equipado, tanto en cocina como en salón, y dispone de armarios amplios y bien repartidos.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in idealer Lage

Lage ist ideal zur Entdeckung der Picos und zum unkomplizierten Strandbesuch. Direkte Nähe zum Küstenspazierweg an den Klippen. Sehr gepflegtes Appartement in einer guten Lage innerhalb des Ortes. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour entre mer et montagne

Appartement très bien situé entre plage et centre ville, au calme, bien équipé, propre. Notre hôte est attentionné et nous a donné de bonnes informations. Je recommande cette location.

Una experiencia estupenda

Hemos pasado 15 días estupendos en Llanes. El piso está excelentemente bien situado. A 2 minutos andando a la playa y al centro. La casa es tal y cómo aparece en las fotografías, todo muy limpio y cuidado. Muy acogedora y agradable para vivir en ella. En Llanes es complicado aparcar y disponer de dos plazas de aparcamiento es un lujo.

Un apartamiento muy cómodo y cerca del centro.

Un apartamento cómodo con un salón grande. La cocina dispone de todo que se necesita. La cercanía al paseo de san José invita a paseos.

Nosotros estuvimos muy bien. Una apartamento céntrico y próximo a la Playa Sablón. Muy limpio, agradable y cómodo, con todo lo necesario, no echamos nada en falta y Agustín, el propietario, muy atento con todos nosotros. Todo muy legal, y un muy bonito detalle de bienvenida que a todos nos encantó. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias por todo Agustín.

Nice, centrally located appartment.

As a family with 3 kids we enjoyed our stay in Llanes. The appartment is very good equipped. Everything in Llanes can be reached by foot.Agustín is a very friendly host and was responding quickly to all questions we had.
