They did not provide the apartment we booked. We booked apartment 4 and they put us in apartment 2 which was smaller. smaller rooms and only 2 bedrooms vs 3. No offer was given to move to a larger apartment. We had to make do. A partial refund was offered but it took 20 days and a threat to dispute credit card charges to get it. The apartment is close to the airport and transportation. The neighborhood is not great and looks like it is going downhill. We did not feel entirely safe there. The stairs up to apartment 2 are very steep. My 5 year fell when trying to go down but fortunately was not injured. The head clearance is low if you are taller than 5 ft 10 in you will hit your head. I hit my head several times. I do not recommend this host or booking with them you never know what apartment they will put you in. We do not recommend apartment 2 for families.

Misleading information and dangerous stairs.If you book a 3 bedroom apartment, you text the host to ensure that it’s definitely a 3 bedroom and they say yes it is and then they stick you out for in a 2 bedroom anyway that guarantees a stressful beginning to what should have been a a good trip for my two sons and I. Both of my sons have additional support needs and require a room each. Even when I sent the text to the host, he was telling me lies that it was VRBO’s issue. Having now read through all the reviews, I can see that this has been done before. So I will be approaching Vrbo for a part refund on this trip. When we arrived the smoke alarms were beeping. The cleaner was trying to fix them but she wasn’t able to. I didn’t feel confident that the owner would fix them but when I said I’d need to book somewhere else if he couldn’t fix it he agreed that someone would come over while we were out to fix it. I forgot to lock the door on my way out so I apologised for that. It was the stress of it all I feel. Then the next morning there was no hot water. We had a booking at Parliament at 1pm and we all needed to have showers. It turns out that the pressure had dropped and that there was a fix, but no one was able to come until after 11am to fix it, which meant we’d all to take cold showers. They told me to take the front off the boiler (a health and safety nightmare) to try to fix it. I felt as though I was bothering them by asking them to resolve the issues.

Die Unterkunft erfüllte in unserem Fall den Zweck aber es war kein Wohlfühlort. Da es in der Wohnung nur 3 Stühle gab konnten wir nicht gemeinsam als Familie essen. Im Bad waren die Fugen nicht mehr vorhanden oder alt und dreckig. Außerdem ging die Belüftung nicht. Hier müsste renoviert werden. Die meisten Fenster- und Türgriffe waren nur mit äußerster Vorsicht zu benutzen. Die Lage und der Check-In waren positiv.

Perfekt um London zu erkunden

Das Apartment ist genau wie beschrieben. Super ist die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Bushaltestelle genau vor der Tür. 25 Minuten nach Heathrow mit dem Bus oder 5 bzw 20 Minuten zu den Haltestellen der Elizabeth-Line. In 40 Minuten in der City. WiFi perfekt. Zwei Minimarket um die Ecke sowie Tesco und Aldi 15 Minuten zu Fuss. VG Fam. Zink

Petite apartment that's very accommodating in a serene area too.

The property is located in a serene area of West Drayton. The bedding and house is comfortable to stay in. Response time to any enquiry was excellent too. I recommend to anyone coming to this area of London.

Immaculately clean, well equipped flat in good location and great value for money.

I stayed recently with my husband and four young sons. The flat was the perfect base for our trips to central London for sightseeing and Legoland Windsor. I would highly recommend this accommodation. It was within easy walking distance of the train station but also has off road parking if required. It was perfectly clean and well equipped (even with toiletries). Staff kept in very good contact before and after our arrival and were most efficient and helpful in responding to any queries we had. The apartment has numerous local supermarkets which were all within easy walking distance as were a number of fast food outlets. I would not hesitate to recommend this accomodation and use it again in the future.
