Die Teppiche waren schmutzig, es gab zu wenig Nachttische und Nachttischlampen, im Bad gab es keinen Spiegel, keine Steckdose und keinen Duschvorhang. Im Wohnzimmer zusammengewürfelte Sofas, kein Couchtisch
Unsere Toilette war verstopft und es kam erst am nächsten Tag nachmittags jemand zum nachschauen. Wir sind vorzeitig ausgezogen ins Hotel gegangen.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and nicely decorated. We had all sort of shops and places to see within a short drive. Recommend to all.

The booking process was very straightforward with excellent communication from Linda the Property Manager throughout. On arrival at the apartment we had a short delay in getting into the property as we had been given the wrong code for the key safe, however Linda answered her phone straightaway and immediately resolved the issue in a professional and polite manner. The property is conveniently located close to Uxbridge centre, with bus, train and underground links nearby. The three bedroom apartment was warm and comfortable with plenty of space in the two end bedrooms. Extras such as iron, ironing board, hairdryer, soaps, shampoos and teabags etc. were all provided. It should be noted that the kitchen and dining room/living area are on two separate floors which isn’t ideal for families with young children, however a safety gate is provided on the stairs free of charge and was a welcomed addition during our stay. We were happy with the accommodation and would certainly stay here again if we ever return to London.

The property managers were kind and polite but were also confusing
Property was very clean and cozy but it was tough dealing with the property managers. Every time I asked for assistance or a question on payments and refunds they referred me back to homeaway and after speaking with home away several times I was assured by them that the payments and refunds were controlled by the property manager. I went back and forth so many times that homeaway contacted the property manager directly and the first issue was sorted. I was given the code to access the keys and my family and I arrived from Australia tired from the flight and cold from the weather outside, my father is ill and we had to wait outside in the cold for close to 2 hours because I was given the wrong code for the key box therefore could not access the keys to the home and had to wait on a call from the owners. In saying that, when I was speaking to the property managers on the phone they were kind and seemed willing to assist, But via messages with payments because of a minor issue I was sent back and forth from home away and the property manager trying to amend a cancellation error even though I was assured by homeaway that they have control over cancellations and refunds. Also with the refundable deposit I was asked for bank account details to make the refund, I gave them details and they said it has to be a paypal account or a uk bank account, I questioned why the refund cannot be made to the account I payed with like always with homeaway and again they referred me to homeaway themselves. after I was trying to set up a paypal account they made the payment to the account I paid with so I was quite confused with that.

A nice apartment in a good location, short walk to town centre and train station, handy for London. Clean and comfortable, great if you have small kids as stair gates are provided. Linda was very helpful, would stay there again.

Good accommodation on the whole..... narrow stairs not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Bathroom door did not shut tight....very small shower with step up not for senior seniors. Comfortable. We had a very large vehicle so the alley to parking was a challenge but it was a safe and large enough area once you were in the gate. I would stay again but not with an elderly person.

Obwohl recht weit draußen, ist man schnell in London. Zur Haupstr. , links rum, am Pub vorbei ( gutes Essen ) dann kommt da die Haltestelle für die Busse U1+3+5 die einen schnell zum Bahnhof West Drayton bringt. ACHTUNG: Tickets sind im Bus nicht bar zu kaufen. Also OYSTER vor das gelbe Lesegerät halten oder Bankkarte mit NFC Chip. Am Bahnhof selbst steht ein Automat der auch die TRAVELCARD für den unbegrenzten Transport herausspuckt. 1 Tageskarte OFF PEAK Erwachsener 13 Pfund. Bahn ist sauber, sicher und man ist schnell in Paddington. Die Wohnung selbst hat ein wirklich kleines Wohnzimmer unten aber es geht, alles andere ist oben, schmale Treppe, Kindersicherung oben, oben nur Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche.
Alles im allem empfehlenswert allein schon wegen 3 Schlafzimmer. Kleinere Mängel wurden hinterher erfragt und von uns beantwortet. Toilettentür nicht abschließbar, Fenstergriffe lose, Kaffeemaschine fehlt.
Hoffe ich konnte in der Kürze informieren.

Pro: sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren frisch und riechten sehr angenehm, bequeme Betten
Conta: Küche war kaum ausgestattet, Pfanne und Töpfe waren nicht zu gebrauchen, Besteck und Geschirr waren sehr minderwertig, Dusche ist sehr klein, Feuermelder geht ständig an (sogar beim Toasten), bei warmen Temperaturen wird es dort sehr heiss, Wohnbereich sehr klein
