Four * In the Heart of Chelsea

I have been a host for two years and really enjoyed the experience! Though I am new to homeaway, I think you will find that London doesn't get better than this!
A fantastic location on one of the best, quiet Chelsea streets. A 5 minute walk from S Kensington and Gloucester Road Stations make this one of the easiest locations to enjoy all of London. A private balcony gives this flat an added bonus of outdoor space for eating and enjoying the city.
A king bed in the large bedroom with great natural light and plenty of wardrobe space; a single bed in a small bedroom with large wardrobe; and a pull-out couch for an additional two if needed. Crib for a child up to two years-old is also available.
Shower, bath, balcony, fully-appointed kitchen; dining table for four +; wifi, large screen TV with satellite, and very quiet.
If you are looking for a great combination of comfort, luxury and location, this is tough to beat!

Perfect flat for our needs!

Check in was very fast and easy. The flat is in a very quiet, well built building. We loved the view of the neighborhood from the third floor. It was warm during our stay, but the flat had several fans which kept the temperature at reasonable levels. William was wonderful, answered all of our questions, and gave us great advice regarding transportation. We hope to rent the flat again for our next trip to London!!

Great Apartment (oops! Flat!)

My husband and I stayed in the flat April 12-15 with our thee teenage children. The location was great; close enough to get to everything, but quieter than staying in the more touristy areas. We were able to catch the tube to everything from the two tube stops that were each less than a 10 minute walk away. The V&A and the Natural History museums were both close enough to walk to - less than 15 min walk. The flat was clean, with fresh linens, basics in the pantry (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc) and all the paper products necessary. There was more than enough room for all of us. William was a outstanding host, providing a guide to the area with recommendations. He was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. There is a plethora of restaurants you can walk to and a Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury all close by. Thanks to William for the flat! Cheers!

5 Stars - would definitely recommend!

Four of us shared the flat and it was great! The flat was spotless and had everything we needed. Easy walk to restaurants and the tube. William was a pleasure to interact with. It is a walk-up, so make sure you can handle several flights of stairs. Highly recommended!!

Apartment very well placed and easy access to underground and the Royal Albert. Very clean and beds very comfortable. Kitchen had all that we required. Lovely building but hall stairs and landing require updating , which it looked like will be happening soon. Overall lovely stay

I have owned this flat since 2000. I lived here for four years before moving a few streets away. I have loved sharing this home with so many guests over the years and can promise you that it doesn't get much better than this in London!

If you love to walk: 15 minutes to Harrods, 15 minutes to Hyde Park, 25 minutes to Buckingham Palace and 300 restaurants within 1 KM.
If you want transport options: 2 tube stations within 7 minutes; Paddington 14 minutes by cab; Victoria 10 minutes by cab; Heathrow 45 minutes by tube.
In the flat: superb comfort and very easy space for individuals, couples and families!

What makes this property unique

Having a quiet balcony in London that gets afternoon sunshine is a great pleasure. Being within 1 KM of over 300 of the best restaurants in London is without compare!
