Beautiful family house of 170m ² completely renovated in 2019. Facing the ocean.

Ground floor: Open kitchen - with sea view - fully equipped and equipped (fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...) breakfast for breakfast. A room with bed of 140 cm, 1 SDB with shower, separated WC, dressing. An office / library area facing the sea. A very large living / dining room of 41 m² equipped with a table for 8 people, 2 sofas, TV, Internet with 180 ° views of the ocean.

FLOOR: Nice parental room with bed of 160cm and tidying up. A bathroom with bath and washbasin 2x basins. Separate WC. To follow of 2 rooms in row with 2 beds of 90 cm and 1 bed of 160 cm (or 2 x 80cm). All rooms offer a perfect view of the sea.

And also in the house: laundry room with washing machine, dryer, extra fridge, vacuum cleaner, ironing board. Local bike.
Outside: garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, hammock.

Perfectly situated and well equipped house

We spent 2 relaxing weeks with our 4 kids in that peaceful house located directely at the waterfront. Everything was perfect and we would be glad to come back next year!

Quelle vue magnifique

Bien accueilli, nous avons passé une semaine de vacances bien ensoleillée avec une vue magnifique sur la baie d’Audierne. Le jardin entièrement clos, très pratique pour les chiens. Les plages sont à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison, qui est vraiment au bord de l’océan.Le coucher de soleil est magnifique. La maison est très bien équipée intérieur et extérieur, mais nécessite quelques petites réparations. La pièce de stockage et la buanderie n’ont pas d’aération adapté, attention aux odeurs et à l’humidité.De la place pour deux voitures, une dans le garage et une dans la cour.

L'emplacement de la maison est vraiment superbe avec une vue exceptionnelle et imprenable sur la mer, au calme et au pied du GR34. La maison n'était malheureusement pas très propre (verres à champagne, coupelles et plaques de four sales, bac à vaisselle rouillé, traces de dentifrice dans la SDB du bas, poussière dans la chambre du fond, tiroirs de la commode pas nettoyés, toaster laissant à désirer, etc...). La maison mériterait plus d'entretien : le robinet dans la SDB du bas est branlant, un des 2 canapés est taché, déchiré et raccommodé, 2 casseroles sont sans manche (manche introuvable), le mur de la cuisine derrière la poubelle est abîmé, etc. La pelouse du jardin a été tondue uniquement 1 jour avant notre départ alors qu'il faisait beau les jours précédents. C'est bien dommage, car vous possédez là un vrai bijou.

Kaum zu übertreffen

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem tollen Ferienhaus, und das hat 5 Sterne wirklich verdient. Das Haus ist gemütlich, sehr gut eingerichtet, alles, was man braucht, ist da und die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen. Deshalb ist auch der relativ hohe Preis völlig angemessen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Haus und schönster Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist ein absoluter Traum. Der Großteil des Hauses ist wunderbar in Schuss. Die Küche ist ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen hat aber alles was man braucht. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung wirklich super. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Urlaub im Finistere

Nach über tausend Kilometer Anreise bezogen wir unser Ferienhaus in der Bretagne. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch die Hausverwalterin verlief problemlos und die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön. Hinter dem Garten ist ein Wanderweg und auf diesem steht man schon am Meer. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Wir waren zu viert und hatten somit reichlich Platz. Dank zweier Duschen und separaten Toiletten gab es auch da keine Probleme. Die Ausstattung war gut und alles wichtige vorhanden. Für uns war besonders gut der eingezäunte Garten, in dem sich unser Hund besonders wohl gefühlt hat. Auch von Vorteil war, dass wir ihn vom Haus aus ausführen konnten. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in diesem Bereich des Finistere sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Mit schönen Erinnerungen an die Bretagne, Uschi, Eva, Dietmar und Erwin.

Besser geht‘s nicht

Wir waren von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr glücklich und zufrieden. Das Meer unmittelbar vor uns, der prachtvolle Strand nur wenige Schritte entfernt, haben wir eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Auch unser Hund hat die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderbar

Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen mit unseren Hunden sehr genossen. Ein komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück mit sehr schönem Blick aufs Meer. Von draußen entweder auf den gemütlichen Lounge Möbeln oder dem Esstisch oder, wenn es mal etwas kühler sein sollte, aus dem Wohnzimmer. Meerblick auch aus dem oberen Schlafzimmern wunderbar. Einschlafen und Aufwachen mit Meeresrauschen. Betten sehr bequem, Bäder toll. Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Christelle sehr entspannt und unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Vielen Dank dafür ☺️. In der direkten Umgebung kann man auf dem Küstenweg in 10 Minuten zu einer netten Creperie oder einer Bar am Meer laufen.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Abgabe mit Christelle. Tolle Ferien genossen. Super Schlafzimmer mit direkter Sicht aufs Meer. Haus sehr geeignet mit Hund, da ums Gelände mit Zaun. Grenzt direkt an die Klippe mit einem kleinen Fusspfad und hat eine gemütliche Bank um die schönen Sonnenuntergänge zu erleben. Coole Hängematte und Sitzplatz zum Relaxen

Traumhaus

Das Haus ist traumhaft und die Lage wohl kaum zu übertreffen! Das Meer ist zum Greifen nah und man kann jede Nacht mit dem Rauschen einschlafen und vom Garten aus die einzigartigen Sonnenuntergänge bewundern. Der große eingezäunte Garten war für unsere beiden Hunde ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen hier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, war die auf den Bildern des Hauses zu sehende Hängematte! Wir hoffen sehr, unseren Urlaub im nächsten Jahr, wieder in diesem traumhaften Haus verbringen zu können!

Bretagne, auch schon im April genial 👍

Die Lage des Hauses ist top! Wir waren mit unserem Sohn und unserem Hund in den Osterferien dort. Von allen Zimmern aus hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Der eingezäunte Garten ist perfekt für Hunde ( oder auch für kleinere Kinder) . Vor dem Haus verläuft an der Küste ein Wanderweg entlang, so kommt man zu Fuß schnell an den nächsten zugänglichen Strandabschnitt. Neben dem Haus befindet sich eine riesige Wiese, auf der man super Drachen steigen lassen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich; Kontaktaufnahme ganz unkompliziert mit eMail und WhatsApp. Vor Ort hat uns Christelle empfangen und war dann auch unser Ansprechpartner für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder !

14 wunderschöne Tage im November

Wir haben im November 14 wunderschöne Tage im Haus Penhors verbracht. Das Wetter war - leider wohl wegen des Klimawandels - frühlingshaft, jedoch stürmisch. Den hohen Wellengang konnte man vom Haus aus besonders gut genießen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Verwalterin herzlich begrüßt und in alle Dinge des Hauses freundlich eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich sehr gut, auch bezüglich der Abreise. Unsere zwei Hunde haben sich in dem abgezäunten Grundstück ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt in dem Haus an nichts und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wir werden gerne baldmöglichst wiederkommen.

Meeresrauschen

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig unmittelbar am Meer . Der Ausblick ist fantastisch , man schläft mit Meeresrauschen . Wer Natur und Ruhe sucht , Strandspaziergänge , Surfen liebt , ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben . Zahlreiche schöne Städtchen liegen im Umkreis , bieten Kunst und Kultur ( Quimper , Pont Aven ). Das Bad ist neu renoviert und sehr komfortabel . Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet , auch mit Utensilien für Austern , Schnecken und Hummer . Vielen herzlichen Dank auch no an Christelle für einen warmherzigen Empfang , unkomplizierte Übergabe und Verabschiedung ! Wir kommen sicher wieder !

Traumhaus in Traumlage

Die Bilder werden diesem Traumhaften haus nicht gerecht. Bei Ankunft waren wir alle überwältigt. Sehr schöne Einrichtung, überall elektrische Rollläden an den Fenstern und sehr großzügige Raumaufteilung. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, egal was wir gebraucht haben, es war da. Der Gartenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Perfekte Sitzgruppe zum essen, Chill-Lounge Möbel, Pick Nick Tisch und eine Hängematte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Noch ein paar Worte zur Verwaltung vor Ort auf Grund der letzten Bewertung: Christelle war vom Checkin bis Checkout jederzeit für uns da. Wir hatten im Haus ein kleines Problem und Christelle war innerhalb von 10!!!! Minuten am Haus und blieb bis es gelöst war. Vielleicht sollten sich die Personen mit der negativen Bewertung einfach mal selbst hinterfragen, scheinbar stimmt da etwas mit ihrer Wahrnehmung nicht ;)
