Situated on the seafront, the apartment Les Formigues 3 will allow you to feel the beauty of this marine village and the charm of its coves.

The apartment includes a bright sunny living room with many comforts such as air conditioning, TV, fireplace and direct access to a magnificent terrace with the most beautiful view over Les Voltes beach. Open plan kitchen fully equipped. Thera are two shower rooms and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. All the rooms are outward facing.

The location cannot be better in Calella. The apartment is spaceous. In the kitchen and bathrooms the cheaper solutions have been made. All worked however, as it should. The bed is not the best we have had and it seems a bit strange with only two chairs on the balcony, given the apartment houses 4.

vraiment pas le mieux dans le genre

habituée de Calella, j'ai pas mal de points de comparaison et cette location n'est à prendre qu'en dernier recours: en effet, la vue et emplacement sont très bien mais les prestations sont loin d'etre à la hauteur: - pas de parasol ou ombre sur le balcon(seul petit parasol de plage est fourni) donc cela rend le balcon inutilisable. dommage, vous louez pour cela... - procédure d'arrivée, adresse, clefs vraiment pas clairs du tout (bonne chance à vous d'autant que si vous appelez les numéros fournis sans cause réelle on vous indique une pénalité de 300 euros!) - pas de parking, seul un public, j'ai pris 200 euros d'amende le temps de décharger les bagages - obligations de rendre les clefs à l'agence qui n'est pas dans la meme ville... sous peine de pénalités de 100 euros - clim dans le séjour mais pas dans les chambres bref; il y a tant de meilleures options à côté qu'il vaut mieux éviter celle-ci, surtout à ce prix

Gerne in dem Ort, aber bloß nicht in dieser Wohnung

Die Wohnung haben wir nur mit Hilfe einer Dame aus einem Geschäft gefunden. Kein Name oder Hausnummer der Wohnung an der Tür. Die Wohnung ist total abgewohnt und hat viele Macken. Das Mobiliar ist abgewohnt, alt und die Bilder täuschen absolut. Das Wasser im Bad floss nicht ab, in der Dusche waren am Boden dicke sparkige Bereiche, die Lampe war defekt. In der Küche war der Wasserkocher defekt, die Gläser waren mit Kalk übersät, im Kühlschrank kam uns die Klappe vom Gefrierfach entgegen. Der Balkon hatte nur zwei Stühle, die auch schon defekt waren. Die Steckdose auf dem Balkon war total zerstört und der Wäschetrockner war durchgebrochen. Im Schlafzimmer war auch eine Lampe defekt. Zudem war morgens und abends das geklirre des Altglases in der Gasse eine Zumutung. Abends von den Lokalen, morgens von der Müllabfuhr. Ich neige nicht zur Meckerei, aber die Wohnung geht gar nicht. Wir waren noch nie so schlecht untergebracht. Als wir den Vermieter die Mängel mitteilten, kam die Nachricht, dass man Jemanden schicken würde. Als wir den Termin abstimmen wollten hieß es, dass die Agentur bis Dienstag nicht besetzt sei. Wir hatten Samstag. Der Mitarbeiter kam dann einfach während unserer Abwesenheit in die Wohnung(unfassbar) und hat die Steckdose auf dem Balkon repariert und das Problem mit dem Abfluss im Bad behoben. Das wars. Ich kann nur dringend von dieser Wohnung abraten. Die Bilder im Internet müssen uralt sein.
