A few minutes drive from the delightful seaside village of Porto Azzurro, between the beaches of Reale and Terranera.
Simple and comfortable, the completely independent apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette which opens onto the veranda facing the sea.
It has a large outdoor area immersed in the shade of pine trees, equipped with shower, stove, barbecue and sink ideal for outdoor dining, in privacy and safety for children, overlooking the sea which can be accessed by going down a few steps. Ideal for a family who wants to spend your holidays in peace.

Once the residence of the guardian of the Terranera mine, the house is comfortable and tastefully furnished inside, but the space to live and enjoy is outside, you just have to stop, close your eyes and listen to the sea.
Terranera beach, very interesting from a geological point of view, is also one of the most suggestive beaches on the Island of Elba. The particularity of this place is due to the beautiful Terranera lake (from which the beach takes its name): a small mirror of sulfur water of emerald green color, in stark contrast to the intense blue of the sea.
The small village of Porto Azzurro is easily accessible, one of the most beautiful and romantic on the Island of Elba. It has a beautiful marina, lined with restaurants, ice cream parlors and small shops, and boasts a beautiful and large square that comes alive with numerous events in the evening. In addition, narrow and picturesque alleys and stairways wind their way up the hillside offering wonderful views over the roofs and the bay.

Weekly reservations are accepted with check-in on Saturday from 15:00 and check-out on Saturday before 10:00.

wunderbare Lage für tiefes Ausatmen

Das Haus liegt an wunderbarer Lage separiert von Lärm und Tumult mit direktem Blick und Zugang zum Meer. Mit der Strandbar und dem Campingplatz gleich unterhalb hat man trotzdem Zugang zur Zivilisation. Das Haus selber ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet und bietet Schutz bei schlechtem Wetter, wobei aber die Aussenanlage sich geradezu anbietet für laue Sommernächte und ausgiebiges Essen unter den schutzbietenden Pinien. Für kleine Kinder ist der Ort wegen der Felsen unterhalb des Hauses nicht geeignet. Für grössere Kinder (bei uns vier) wird es dann in dem kleinen 4-er Zimmer doch etwas eng. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer ist sehr zeitnah, herzlich und unkompliziert.

Casa in una posizione fantastica con un facile accesso, esclusivo, agli scogli ed al mare mentre per le famiglie con figli più piccoli le spiaggie sono a 100 mt. L esterno offre tutto quello che può servire per godere di una vacanza in relax e riservatezza. La casa offre tutto il necessario.

Amazing location and view

Best possible spot on the island. I've been spending my holidays at Elba for over 25 years and it just can't get any better than this! House is fully equipped, location is unbeatable. Enjoy!

Vacanza indimenticabile

La posizione e' veramente strepitosa! Comodissima per l'accesso al mare, comodissima la cucina esterna e di ottima qualita' tutti gli accessori a disposizione (sdraie, bbq, tavolo esterno, sedie etc..). Consigliatissimo anche per chi ha bambini di qualsiasi eta, grazie all'ampio giardino/pineta da sfruttare nelle ore piu' calde e le spiagge libere a due passi. Per chi ha amici a 4 zampe, la spiaggia di Terranera non ha restrizioni di sorta. Porto Azzurro non e' vicinissimo, ma e' disponibile il servizio di bus navetta dal campeggio di Reale e comunque il sentiero pedonale lungo costa che transita sotto il Forte vale la mezz'ora di camminata che richiede e porta direttamente nel cuore del paese risparmiandoci l'afflizione del parcheggio, che in alta stagione e' un problema su tutta l'isola.

Un posto d'incanto!

La casa si trova in una posizione bellissima, tra due baie di sabbia e ciottoli, sopra una piccola scogliera praticabile. La parte forte è sicuramente il giardino, molto spazioso e suggestivo sia di giorno che di sera, attrezzato benissimo con una lunga tavolata, comode sdraio, punto doccia (con tubo), lavabo in muratura. Tutto all'ombra dei pini. Bello anche il soggiorno, molto ampio con angolo cottura, tavolo, due divani, TV e radio a disposizione. Comoda la lavatrice nei locali di servizio sul retro della casa. Comoda anche la camera da letto matrimoniale. Piccolina e un po' buia la seconda camera con due letti a castello (ma dovendo passarci solo le ore notturne va benissimo). Unica nota dolente il bagno: molto piccolo, senza finestra e poco funzionale. Ma anche su questo si passa sopra, considerata la meraviglia del resto. Vicino ha un lido attrezzato molto carino e spiaggia libera, più un camping. Per spostarsi al paese più vicino (Porto Azzurro) ci vuole necessariamente la macchina. Il prezzo dell'affitto per un settimana è più alto della media, ma giustificato dalla particolarità del posto. Penso che ci torneremo. Grazie ai proprietari. Saluti
