Apartment occupies 3rd and 4th floors of a 4 floored townhouse. Equipped with all necessary furnishings and equipment. Heating, water and electricity meters are also installed. Very light, spacey living room with a fireplace on the lower floor and four bedrooms on the upper floor. When necessary one bedroom can be converted to a work-room.
