Beautiful contemporary accommodation - Sleeps 2 adults
Stunning newly built contemporary ground floor offering comfortable accommodation with own entrance, set in the lovely rural village of Newick.
We offer a warm welcome to all our guests from around the world.
Our lovely new self catering holiday home comprises of architecturally vaulted ceilings in the lounge, and the spacious double bedroom (king sized bed) with en-suite shower room, kitchen and dining area, free wifi and parking.
Large TVs in both lounge and bedroom, Sky, DVD and IPod system in lounge.
2 USB connections. Underfloor heating.
Well appointed fully equipped new kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric, washing machine.
All items including kitchen appliances are brand new.
A complimentary Welcome Pack of tea, coffee, sugar, and many extras provided.
Bathroom with walk-in power shower, wc and basin. Towels and linen supplied.
The sunny patio terraced area is accessed through full length doors for the bedroom and is a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine.
The property offers off road parking.
Newick has three popular public houses with restaurants, a coffee shop, and an excellent Tandoori restaurant. Also convenience stores, hairdressers, butcher, baker shop and Off licence all in walking distance. Two local garage/fuel stations with supporting supermarket within 2/3 miles. More excellent pubs and restaurants just a few miles away.
Lots of rural country walks in surrounding area.
