Beautiful Beach Block town house only steps to beach with beach views from each level. Elevator access on each level. First floor master suite w/king bed, full bath. This level also has 2nd BR w/2 pyramid bunk beds and 3rd BR w/2 twin beds. Full size Bath w/tub and Washer/Dryer also on this level. Access to Deck from hallway and MBR. Second Floor level is the Living room, dining area and Full size kitchen w/ upgraded appliances and granite counter top. This floor also has fourth bedroom w/King size bed and Hall bath. Decks are located off each level . The second floor deck is located off the living area with access to a third level observation deck w/ amazing ocean views. Some of the many amenities include 5 flat screen TV's, surround sound in LR, Elevator to service all levels of home, gas grill and Beach tags.

This place has it all

Fantastic location with beautiful views of the beach. Quiet part of town but walking distance to the main drag. House was well stocked with all the amenities. Truly a week to remember.

Great view of the ocean

We had 6 adults in this house and the space was perfect. The views of the ocean are great from both decks. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. The owner was very attentive. The only issue that kept me from a 5 star rating was the fact that the house makes a lot of creaking sounds when people walk. If you are a light sleeper and aren’t the first one up it can be distracting.

Wonderful beach house

We could not have been happier with this beach house. The owners were incredibly responsive to questions we had. The house was exactly as described. The owners provided everything one could want in a beach house from a well appointed kitchen to a plethora of beach toys. The views from the decks were stunning. We will definitely be booking again.

My family had a wonderful vacation at this home in Sea isle. The views from the decks and living room/kitchen was incredible, changing landscape every day. Home was beautifully furnished and decorated. Very Clean!! Being that close to the beach was nice for lunch and bathroom breaks. Will definitely rent again. Ryan and Abby

Winding Down

What a wonderful way to wind down the summer. Had a great weather week stay at this beautiful home. The owners were a delight to work with. The house is exactly as shown, very well stocked and extremely clean. Would definitely return again. Just hope I don't have to wait til next year!

Lovely vacation home with breathtaking views

We've stayed at other homes in Sea Isle and this is by far our favorite property. The home is close to the promenade entrance and steps from the beach. The rooftop deck provided a place to relax -- but is private with wonderful views of the ocean. In fact, you can see the ocean from every East facing window in the home. My sister Alison and I enjoyed our own master bedrooms, and the elevator made unloading our kids' stuff very quick. The Morans were so easy to work with, we will definitely be back next summer.

Beautiful House w/ Beautiful Ocean Views

My family and I had the opportunity to vacation at this property recently, and we would highly recommend it as a great place to stay for a family vacation in Sea Isle. You can't beat the location - there are only 2 or 3 houses between this property and the beach, and being on the corner of Pleasure Ave and 58th, you're within walking distance of nearly everything you'd need - grocery store, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc...Also, the promenade entrance is only one block from the house, which my family loved for morning bike rides and walks. Most surpising to me was how great the beach views are from this house! You can literally sit on the couch in the second floor family room and watch the sun rise over the ocean. There's also a roof top deck (pretty unique for Sea Isle) that has even better views of the ocean and island. And finally the house itself is really ideal for family vacations. There is plenty of off-street parking, a garage, an elevator (which my 90 year old Pop Pop loved!), a large and updated kitchen, and beds for 12 people! The owners were a pleasure to work with and it was clear how much they love their home and want everyone to enjoy their stay there! I can't wait to go back again this summer!
