This level also has 2nd BR w/2 pyramid bunk beds and 3rd BR w/2 twin beds. Full size Bath w/tub and Washer/Dryer also on this level. Access to Deck from hallway and MBR. Second Floor level is the Living room, dining area and Full size kitchen w/ upgraded appliances and granite counter top. This floor also has fourth bedroom w/King size bed and Hall bath. Decks are located off each level . The second floor deck is located off the living area with access to a third level observation deck w/ amazing ocean views. Some of the many amenities include 5 flat screen TV's, surround sound in LR, Elevator to service all levels of home, gas grill and Beach tags.
