Appartement avec vue magnifique sur la mer, depuis toutes les pièces. Petit bémol sur la literie, les matelas commencent à fatiguer. Au niveau de la vaisselle, un peu juste concernant casseroles et couverts, par contre, largement suffisant en assiettes et verres. Une cafetière électrique aurait été appréciée. Une salle de bain impeccable avec une grande douche, c’est très agréable. À mon goût, beaucoup trop de meubles qui sont vides et pas du tout de déco ce qui rend l’endroit un peu triste.

Un appartement spacieux ( pour deux ) et idéalement situé. L'accueil était sympathique à l'agence de location et les explications étaient claires. Nous avons pus profiter du parking privé, de la piscine, et du calme . Ce logement est idéal pour des vacances tranquilles. Restaurants à 2min a pied, tout comme la plage ( surveillé en septembre) . Le mobilier n'est pas dernier cri mais fonctionnel. Pour se rendre en ville , un bus est disponible. Arrêt à 5min , vers Peniscola, Benicarlo ou Vinaros . Rapport qualité-prix excellent vu la situation

Tuvimos que acudir en las primeras 24 horas a comentar varias cosas que vimos en el apartamento. Dos de ellas fueron arregladas inmediatamente. El resto se quedó como estaba. Lo peor fue que el frigorífico no cerraba bien y por tanto no enfriaba adecuadamente. Lo mejor la proximidad a la playa. Las camas bien y las almohadas también. La cocina muy justita de menaje para los que nos gusta cocinar en casa, aunque sí había platos y vasos suficientes.El apartamento dice que tiene dos habitaciones pero no es real. Tiene una entrada que no puede considerarse habitación con dos sofás cama, un salón con un sofá cama y una habitación de dos camas pequeñas.

Ubicación inmejorable

Las vistas son lo mejor y la piscina, que tiene un horario muy amplio. Los administradores acudieron porque les llamamos con alguna incidencia y la resolvieron pronto (cuando la gente protesta yo no sé si antes han intentado que les arreglen el problema en nuestro caso, lo hicieron enseguida). La comunidad es muy agradable. El tener que entrar a partir de las cinco de la tarde el primer día y salir a las diez de la mañana del último me parece abusivo. Pierdes los dos días de estancia que pagas.

Ungepflegte Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage

Die Lage (6.Stock, Meerblick ) sehr schön.Wohnung wirkt leider ungepflegt und abgewohnt.Stores teilweise zerrissen,Einfassung der Markise abgerissen. Besteck einfachst ( nur Steakmesser),nur 3 ! Kaffeetassen ,Schalter der Kaffemaschine defekt. Wohnung für Max. 3 Personen geeignet.“
