3 km from the sea, this house, renovated in 2012, is located in the salt-producing village of Clis, which overlooks the salt marshes between GUERANDE and LA TURBALLE.
It has all the comfort you want (shared swimming pool on a nearby plot heated until October 1, dishwasher, washing machine, internet access, television with orange channels).
This accommodation can accommodate up to 8 beds (including 6 in the 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 with the sofa bed in the living room).
From the village, you can go for a walk or a bike ride (salt marshes at 1 km and sea at 3.5 km). The cycle track 'velocean' is accessible from the village.
You will have the opportunity to visit the medieval city of GUERANDE, the 'small cities of character' such as PIRIAC SUR MER, BATZ SUR MER, LE CROISIC and LA ROCHE BERNARD, the Brière marshes and the wild coast.

Great base

Great base; we managed to explore a lot of the area by bicycle or car. The house is located in a small quiet village with amenities and beaches a short drive away. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

Globalement déçus par les prestations, Pas en adéquation avec le prix. 6 fourchettes, 5 couteaux, pas de sac poubelle à notre arrivée ni même un rouleau de papier wc. Il manquait les serviettes et une taie d’oreiller, un seul torchon pour une semaine à 6! La table intérieure ne peut accueillir que 4 pers et il n’y a que 3 chaises. Ce n’est pas une solution de rentrer le salon de jardin tous les soirs pour dîner à l’intérieur. La piscine partagée se situe dans la propriété de l’hôte. C’est un peu gênant. Certes Hervé a été très réactif à toutes nos demandes et a su réparer les manquements. Toutefois, la maison n’est pas adaptée pour passer une semaine à 6 pers. La terrasse est minuscule et prise entre 4 murs.

Comme vous le dites, j’ai su être réactif et cela a pu être réglé dans la soirée de votre arrivée. Nous avons ce jour là été pris de cour par l’absence de notre femme de menage et nous avions 3 maisons à préparer dans la journée. La terrasse permet d’accueillir une table pour 6 à 8 personnes et un salon de jardin pour prendre l’apéro. La piscine est en effet comme l’indique l’annonce une piscine partagée.

Logement annoncé pour 8 personnes mais plutôt adapté à l'accueil de 6 personnes (dont 2 enfants) au niveau des couchages, de la petite pièce de vie et de la petite terrasse. Tarif un peu élevé sans la prestation piscine.

la maison est annoncée avec 8 couchages (3 chambres avec 2 lits doubles et 2 lits simple) et un canapé lit dans le salon. Le prix est plus élevé en effet pour le weekend de Pâques qui est très demandé. Concernant la piscine partagée, elle est chauffée et accessible aux beaux jours.
