The Villa is located directly on the sea, in the prestigious residence of Parco Bordila villas, with night and day caretaker. It enjoys a splendid and wide view of the sea and the Aeolian Islands. The sea is splendid, the beach, a few steps from the residence, is private and equipped with the possibility of using the restaurant and pool bar. The refined and reserved place allows a truly relaxing holiday.
The park is 4 km from the beautiful city of Tropea, from where it is possible to reach the Aeolian Islands daily.
The villa is elegantly furnished and consists of 2 double bedrooms with double bed, large living room with double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen. Splendid and wide panoramic terrace, with an enchanting view of the Stromboli, completely furnished with tables, sofas, armchairs and sun loungers. Animals are not allowed.

The place has a magical atmosphere, with an enchanting position in front of the sea that offers unique views and sunsets. It is immersed in silence and respecting the privacy of residents with the possibility of reaching a few km. the lively and splendid Tropea.
