Fishing - Boating - and Relaxing at the Lake with miles of views, Boat slip & Marina

This waterfront gated property on the first floor offers a primary bedroom with a king size bed, a full bath and upstairs 3 pull out couches, a queen murphy bed with great view of the main part of the lake and a huge entertainment area.

This living/dining area and a patio over the water of equal size is a great place to watch the lake and all the activity. Tie up your boat 10 feet from the front door. We have a laundry next to a second full bathroom. Memories are made at waterfront vacation properties like this one!

Outside upstairs over the water is a deck that is about 800+ square feet. What a view! It has a sit down bar and a table of chairs. Our laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers, both full size.

There is nothing like this private property of over 2.55 acres anywhere with this view and access to many restaurants and stores within one mile. Also we have 2 RV/Motorhome Sites for Rent to you only during your stay. They are just off the water. Each site offers 20/30/50 electric that includes water, sewer and internet. One block from Papa's Ice House, Sonic and next to Lakeview Marina. Reserve your rental today.

Tie up your boat 10 feet from the door! Room for Trailer parking onsite. Easy walk into the lake access stairwell. Kitchen has pots, pans, glasses, silverware, stove, microwave and kitchen table with seating for 6 and 3 bar stools. Large patio with outside bar, tables and chairs. Get some sun, relax and watch the boating activities! This is 1 home on 2+ waterfront acres. You will be renting the home and have access to our private 110 foot long pier on Lake Conroe (see the photos).

There is no fee for parking your boat on our docks. You may park your trailer on the pad site provided included with your Boat Docking spot. Let us know you are bringing a boat before your arrival.

Boat and Kayak rentals are near by.

We are easy to find: Hwy 105 West 7 miles from I-45, turn North to 844 Beach Walk Blvd, Conroe, TX 77304. Right at end of the Cul-de-sac through gate. To the left of our gate entrance is the entrance to Lakeview Marina.

Boat parking on our docks is on the west side of the pier only. One spot is included with your rental.

It was hot outside for sure, but the AC in house worked perfectly. My kids enjoyed the fishing right outside and the fact that stores and restaurants were a plus. The area was quite and peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay at this lakeside house. Everything was exactly as we hoped—clean, comfortable, peaceful, and a great place to relax and enjoy the lake. The home had everything we needed, and the location made the whole weekend even better.We had such a great time and really enjoyed the property. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing lake getaway!Fyi: The laundry room and outside bathroom are located in the back of where the garages are not at the house itself.

Under Amenities we say "Washing machine We have a Full Bathroom and Laundry Room - 2 washers and 2 dryers in the back of the garage building. Follow the signs to the restroom next to its door. We had a wonderful stay! The views are beautiful. A fantastic spot to enjoy your morning coffee looking over the lake. Space was clean with everything you needed on site. I did misread the listing and misunderstood that there was only one washroom in the living space and that the additional sleeping arrangements were all in one big open area. Upon further review, those details are in the listing. Although this was a little inconvenient for our group, we were still able to make the most of it and have a great time. Would stay here again!

Very nice property, was very clean minus a wasp in the bathroom. Communication was very good and overall good experience touring around Lake Conroe area. One detail was a construction crew that showed up to work on the side paneling — would have been nice go be alerted about them as I did have one of the crew members sitting under the deck unexpectedly. They started work the next day, thankfully the day I was leaving, but the work started early, so I left a little sooner than anticipated. Overall a nice experience and a lake view that was great!

Enjoyed our stay. We were the only ones on the property the dogs had room to run around so that was nice. We brought our boat it was nice to be able to tie right up to the dock, the fishing was good off the dock as well. Close to all the restaurants it was a peaceful weekend. Will keep this spot in mind.

Great location right on the water. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. We were able to fish right off the dock where we caught catfish, bass, and perch. Plenty room for our family. We will definitely stay here again.

I built this waterfront house in 1995 and started renting it out in 2015. I have cherished many hours of relaxation there. Enjoy the views of the lake or relax and watch HD Direct TV or pipe your favorite music inside and out using FM, AM, Blue Tooth, internet streaming or the music stations of satellite Direct TV.

What makes this property unique

It is a short walk to numerous restaurants, bars, stores and shops within 1 mile. Most are on the water. There are numerous restaurants and bars on the water. Names like CVS, Jack n the Box, Taco Bell, Starbucks, McDonalds, Denny's, Fajita Jacks, Which Which, Pizza Hut, Popeyes, Sonic, Akashi Sushi, Shogun Asian, Amore', Monty's Lighthouse, Kitchen Tails, Thai Wok In, Crust Pizza, El Bosque Mexican Restaurant, Seven Leguas, Conroe Lake House and Papa's on the Lake are all within a mile. There are woman's clothing stores, SPAs, Salons and a gym as well.
