Set in 2 acres in the countryside, yet only 3 miles from all amenities, our child friendly gite sleeps up to 8 with 2 cots. 3 bedrooms, all with ensuites. Fully equipped with uk Free-to-View television. Barbecue facilities. Large garden with swings, slide, trampoline with net and large above ground pool. There's plenty to do in the area with lovely swimming lakes and rives, Vallée des Singes and Futurscope nearby.

We have lived in France for 11 years now and have been running our Gite/B&B since 2008. It's a great place to raise children!
Why they chose this property
We bought this property due to the closeness to all amenities, yet still in the countryside. We love old buildings and ended up with a renovation project, which was not our intent, but life's like that, throws you curve ball. :)
What makes this property unique
2 acres of land, set in the countryside, close to amenities, swimming lakes and rivers, restaurants, tourist attractions. Plenty to do at the property for the children, so the adults can get some down time too.
