All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house does not have air conditioning, although fans will be provided to guests as needed. It does not have heating.



Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

The villa is OK. Very central in Can pastilla. Taxi rank just around the corner and very close to train which takes you all the way to the other end of the beach (b1) The villa was mediocre. It was big enough for our party of 10 (6 adults/3children/1 baby). Mallorca Home Villas as a company is second to none. As mentioned we had a couple of issues at the beginning of our stay but their customer service was amazing and everything was rectified as soon as it possibly could be. Would definitely use the company again. I wouldn't stay at this particular villa again.

The villa is OK. Very central in Can pastilla. Taxi rank just around the corner and very close to train which takes you all the way to the other end of the beach -b1- The villa was mediocre. It was big enough for our party of 10 -6 adults/3children/1 baby-. Portic Villas as a company is second to none. The apartment it’s self was nice, a bit dated. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. The toilets all flooded and every time you flush they leaked from bottom and so we spent some time mopping up. The host did drop us a hair dryer which was great of them. The pool is not warm at all and so we only used it once. Overall nice but if your a group they are strict on noise for most of the day so not ideal. If a family then it’s great, great amenities, very close and overall good. Just be aware that it’s not as updated as it looks -

Seul point nĂ©gatif elle est implantĂ©e au milieu de plusieurs hĂŽtel et est donc portĂ©e sur un grand vis-Ă -vis et n’est pas trĂšs trĂšs sien situĂ© pour des personnes souhaitant faire la fĂȘte. -

Auf einer Skala von 1-10 wĂŒrde ich dem Haus eine 7,9 geben. Diese Bewertung ergibt sich wie folgt Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Die Distanz zum Strand, Supermarkt oder Bushaltestelle ist problemlos zu Fuß zurĂŒck zulegen. FĂŒr Nutzer eines Mietwagen ist ein Parplatz direkt am Haus verfĂŒgbar welcher auch einem VW Caddy so gerade noch ausreichend Platz bietet.Mit einem PKW ist man dann auch sehr nah an Flughafen, Autobahnauffahrt, Innenstadt, Nachtleben und und und. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist Spitze es fehlt nur eine KlimaAnlage aber diese wird einem ja auch nicht versprochen von daher in Ordnung. Die einzigen Mankos die zum Punktabzug fĂŒhren sind dass das Haus von Kakalaken befallen war es war zwar alles gereiningt und sauber aber irgendwo scheint das ungezifer sein Lager aufgeschlagen zu haben. Daher wurden wir kurzer Hand zu den GhostBusters der Insekten. Mit etwas MĂŒhe und Schrecken und Ekel seitens der Damen wurde auch dieses Problem eingeschrĂ€nkt. In einem der WC's lief auch stĂ€ndig SpĂŒlwasser -nicht Abwasser- aus. Die Nachtruhe sollte auch stets eingehalten werden da sonst Nachbarn einen Polizeitrupp herbestellen. Sonst aber ist es klasse gewesen und ich werde sicher wieder Gast sein. Ps besonders positiv ist die regelmĂ€ssige Wartung des Pools der ubringens auf Bildern kleiner wirkt. Fazit Kakalaken raus, Klima rein, zack volle Punktzahl -
