I stayed at Serena's place for 3 nights before meeting my boyfriend in Rome

I stayed at Serena's place for 3 nights before meeting my boyfriend in Rome. The apartment is beautiful. Rocco met me at the bus stop and showed me around the old town, on the way to the flat, which was really helpful. Serena even checked bus times for me. The toiletries, wine and goodies on arrival was really thoughtful touch. Communication throughout my stay was quick! There was an issue with the toilet and Rocco came to fix it straight away. Sperlonga is a beautiful place to visit. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended to family and friends :).

Old town Sperlonga Jewel

Our accommodation was clean, comfortable & well layed out. The place was quiet at night for sleeping. It does require fitness with all the stairs to get around old town Sperlonga and up to the place as well but we really enjoyed our 2 night trip. The area is beautiful and there are some nice restaurants close by that we truly enjoyed (plus we did a 4hr boat ride with swim that was super fun) We definitely got a workout with all the steps around old town & getting down & back to the water - so come prepared for that. This area is really nice and not too touristy which we loved (we were there early June during the week). Overall old town Sperlonga is a true hidden gem and our accommodations were perfect for our needs (I came with my adult daughter). There are no cars allowed in the old town. Communication with Sperlonga Resorts (Serena) was easy. She even arranged a porter to meet us & take our luggage to our room for a small fee when we picked up our keys the first day after a 14 hour travel day. Mariastella greeted us at their office and took us to our place which was great as we would not have found it on our own. They also recommended a taxi company that took us to the train station on the last day (we had a driver from the FCO airport upon arrival).

Tutto il necessario per la vacanza

La casa è piccola ma ha tutto il necessario per garantire un piacevole soggiorno. La posizione è nel cuore del borgo di Sperlonga, l’ideale per lasciare la macchina altrove e spostarsi a piedi. I cuscini potrebbero essere sostituiti. In casa sarebbe utile posizionare una lavatrice.

Mieszkanie w uroczym miejscu

Apartament położony jest w uroczej dzielnicy, trzeba wiedzieć, że nie ma do niego dojazdu autem. Okoliczne uliczki są piękne. Bardzo dobrze pracowała klimatyzacja, co w upał jest naprawdę ważne. WIFI również bez zarzutu. Właściciele pomocni, służyli radą, zawsze dostępni na whatsup. W kuchni mogłoby być więcej kubków i sztućców. Kilka widelców czy łyżeczek więcej bardzo ułatwiłoby funkcjonowanie. Mogłaby być solniczka i pieprzniczka. Można już wymienić suszarkę na naczynia na nową.

Vacanza Sperlonga

Ho passato 10 giorni a Sperlonga, paesino veramente stupendo, incantevole. Atmosfera molto accogliente con molti locali, bar aperò ristoranti immersi nelle viuzze e vicoli, veramente molto bello e ben tenuto. La camera se pur se piccola era molto accogliente e vivibile, anche se non disponeva vista mare ma sul vicoletto che andava benissimo, potendo osservare i turisti.. e appena si scende in "strada" si è subito in centro nelle viuzze e i bar, dunque molto, molto positivo. Quello che potrei dire che non mi ha soddisfatto, ma qui non hanno responsabilità gli affittuari (anzi veramente cordiali e disponibili, molto professionali e precisi) ma lo faccio presente perchè questa cosa mi ha fatto proprio sentire non apprezzato cioè tu vuoi venire da noi? bene vieni, ma non ce ne può che fregar di meno.. e cosa è..? Semplicemente che il comune ha pensato bene di dare i permessi di poter fare i lavori di manutenzione delle case, si proprio così è come se io avessi un albero e ti dicessi vieni pure però accanto alla tua camera noi alle 7 di mattino incominciamo a far casino a rompere o quant'altro.. e siccome Sperlonga è veramente come se fosse un grande albergo, questa scelta (RIPETO DEL COMUNE) MI HA DATO VERAMENTE FASTIDIO.. perchè poi logicamente gli operai arrivano presto al mattino (H7.00) per poi finire magari dopo poche ore ma orami addio al risposo.. e a me dispiace soprattutto per tutte le persone che, come la mia affittacamere danno l'anima per far stare bene i turisti e lo fanno veramente bene, ma a spesso vanificato per l'incompetenza delle amministrazioni, che fanno di tutto per distruggerle...peccato!! Accoglienza molto gentile e professionale da Stella che è stata premurosa e disponibile. Posto molto caratteristico in pieno centro a Sperlonga a pochi passi dalla piazza e dal mare. Appartamento essenziale, ben pulito, ben attrezzato e silenzioso.

Una ottima posizione per un soggiorno tra mare e borgo a Sperlonga

Confermiamo quanto scritto nella presentazione: l'alloggio nel centro storico è situato in una posizione molto favorevole, utilizzando le scale si accede in poco tempo passando per luoghi molto panoramici alle spiagge e ai luoghi di Sperlonga a ponente e a levante nello stesso tempo è a pochi passi dal centro del paese. E' ideale per due persone. L'arredamento è curato e l'appartamento, ben attrezzato, era pulitissimo al momento del nostro ingresso. Molto gentili anche Serena e Stella che ci hanno accolto e assistito. Ci piacerebbe tornare anche per un week-end.

wonderful days

Mitten in der fantastischen Altstadt in einem historischen Haus liegt diese kleine, schlicht möblierte Wohnung. Wohnbereich mit Küche und ein kleines Schlafzimmer. Blitzsauber, ausreichende Ausstattung, perfekt für 2 Personen. Wir waren 1 Woche da. Angenehm: Gut funktionierende Heizung und viele Extra-Bettdecken für verfrorene Menschen. Vom Parkplatz zum Haus sind es nur 5 Minuten. Check-in und -out freundlich und problemlos. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche.

Bellissima casetta nuovo nel cuore del centro storico. Con un pó di gradini si arriva al pulitissimo mare, alimentari e bar. Casa molto pulita, precisa e ben fornita.
