Single villa is 300 meters from the sea. a few kilometers from Cagliari along the road to Villasimius and to the most beautiful beaches of the south coast of Sardinia. Villa with large spaces. The house consists of a large living room, large terraces, three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine. Within walking distance all services, restaurant, market bar tobacconist bus taxi ect. house is 300 meters from the sea. a few kilometers from Cagliari along the way to Villasimius and the beaches most 'beautiful in the south coast of Sardinia. Villa with large spaces. The house consists of a spacious living room, large terraces, three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine. Not far from all services, restaurant, bar tobacco market ect taxi bus.
