Villa of 150 sqm on one floor (except one bedroom). Land of 1300 m² fully fenced with an electric gate. location for parking is wide. The place is quiet but not too isolated. The access road is very busy. The villa has 3 bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a shower one floor, a hanging toilet and a washbasin suspended. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooking ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven), rear kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machines and dryers. All rooms are air conditioned. The villa has 3 TVs (1 in the living room and 2 in bedrooms). The house is bright with large windows that overlook the terrace. The terrace is fitted with outdoor lounge and deck chairs. The summer kitchen is fully equipped and semi-open.

Excellente adresse !

Location impeccable. La maison est neuve et magnifique, très bien équipée. La piscine sans chlore c’est très appréciable ! Rien à redire sur la location ! Voiture indispensable car la plage la plus proche est à 10-15 minutes et Porto Vecchio a 20 mn,

En effet, un véhicule est obligatoire : le temps du trajet Maison-Porto Vecchio est d'environ 10 minutes et la plage la plus proche est également à 10 mn ; mais ce délai dépend de la circulation (donc de la période estivale et de l'horaire dans la journée).

Très agréable

Cette maison est magnifique et très bien équipée. Elle est parfaitement au calme mais proche d’un axe de communication. Nous y avons passé 10 jours très agréables.
