Villa Bianca Lamafico is a magnificent villa located on a picturesque hill overlooking the town of Polignano a Mare, the Pearl of Adriatic Sea. It stands amid almond groves and ancient olive trees that have witnessed the passing of centuries. Villa Bianca is the ideal place to spend relaxing days enjoying the private pool, the Mediterranean scents and the Apulian sun!

The property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a laundry with toilet, a large living room and a stunning veranda overlooking the pool with a view on the sea and the olive groves.
The house is equipped with barbecue, wood oven, and is surrounded by a beautiful lawn. It has a Wi-Fi connection and fully Air Conditioned. The property is surrounded by 10.000 sqm of green land, where you can fully relax in total privacy.

THE SPACE
With its unique architecture, this modern sanctuary is perfectly integrated into the timeless landscape of the Apulian countryside and offers everything for your total comfort and relax. Each day of your holiday you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea.

The villa has a large living room with panoramic windows and a fireplace, as well as a dining area and large, modern, fully equipped kitchen . There are three bedrooms including a master bedroom with seaview, two bathrooms, and a laundry room with sink and toilet . The villa has air conditioned in every room and is equipped with washer and dryer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Wi-Fi and TV.

Outside, you’ll enjoy wonderful outdoor living on the beautiful veranda overlooking the sea. Fully accessorized with tables, chairs and sofas, a wood-burning oven and barbeque. Just below the veranda, there’s a wooden sun deck that is perfect for sunbathing, and when you’re ready to cool down, you can take a relaxing swim in the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea.

A large lawn and a large and around the property, with many different fruit trees will allow you to merge in a relaxing rural framework.

With the possibility of two additional beds, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.
Being the villa in the countryside, a car is recommended.

Wonderful villa

Bianca Lamafico did not disappoint. The rooms are laid out beautifully, the view is fantastic and the property is very private. Sergio and Tatiana were highly responsive when contacted and very helpful. It is truly one of our best stays with few flaws.

The house was clean, location perfect with a stunning view. Bedrooms were nice. Only some lights outside were not working during hard rainfall which was a bit disappointing. Contact with owners was fast and when possible any item eas solved immediately. Anyway we can recommend this property to everybody.

Superb property with superb host

We enjoyed 8 wonderful nights at the villa which is ideally located for touring the many beautiful villages in the area. Your sense of privacy is complete even though there are a couple houses located well behind you and out of sight when you are enjoying the house. We only wish we had been able to take full advantage of the massive, gorgeous deck and pool. It was March so weather was variable, but it is a testament to how lovely the house is that we enjoyed every minute of our stay regardless. The house is well equipped and everything works. There are not enough words to convey what an outstanding owner/host Sergio is. He was instantly responsive at all times and we appreciated the personal welcome and farewell. We have stayed in many VRBOs and he ranks among the finest hosts we have had. The pictures are accurate but the villa is even more comfortable than what you see in them. Only word of advice - if you are staying in the beautiful countryside and traveling to villages, rent one of the smaller cars available rather than an SUV or large scale model. The narrow roads will be much easier to traverse in a small vehicle. In short, there is good reason this property and its host get consistent 5 star ratings. We'd give it them 6 stars if we could.

Villa review

Sergio was really responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. On arriving at the villa, we were stunned by the size and the views were incredible. We loved the pool and really enjoyed our stay! Only thing is the villa is located in between 2 towns so a car is needed which we didn’t have, but we plan to hire one next year. Polignano a Mare is simply beautiful too so we loved our holiday! Thank you Sergio! Alice and Ricky

A Rural Idyll with views of the Adriatic Sea.

Our family of seven was welcomed warmly and efficiently into Sergio’s spacious and well appointed villa. We divided our time by relaxing poolside and being cooked delicious local dishes by the wonderful Paola and exploring the exquisite beaches and towns. We would thoroughly recommend this to our family and friends.

Fabulous villa with amazing views & pool

We have just spent a week at this villa, and rate it as one of the best we have stayed at. It was well equipped, spotlessly clean with spacious light rooms. The terrace overlooking the pool was an extension of the house, and made for great, sociable living. Sergio was extremely helpful, taking us to the house, showing us where everything was, and providing tips re where to eat and swim. He was readily available on Whatsapp. We have given 4 stars for check in as the villa was not quite ready when we arrived, but Sergio was very apologetic and it didn't spoil our enjoyment. We have knocked off one star for location only because there are other houses around (only 4 or 5) but some noise does filter down, mostly the dogs barking (note that when inside, noise doesn't come through given double glazing and/or air con). If it is splendid isolation you are after, this isn't quite that, but the views, interior and pool are hard to beat.
