Completely renovated and furnished elegantly, housing site on the 1st floor offers a magnificent view of the Matterhorn, large windows on 2 balconies overlooking the valley below. Bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet, complete with hairdryer and toiletries and fluffy towels. Living room with sofa bed, bedlinen, Danish duvets. Wall equipped kitchen with small appliances and cutlery, hot plates for cooking, fridge and small freezer space. The sugar coffee and cookies available for your breakfast. Gluten free products in case of need '. extendable table with 6 seats and 6 chairs for your comfort. TV, dvd. Separate bedroom with a door, decorated with a foldaway double bed, large wardrobe and desk. Ski box on the floor of the apartment building. Free places car under the building. Lovely small apartment with Matterhorn view

A great cosy apartment with all the amenities you might need. two balconies, ski in and out, Nicoletta was extremely helpful and kind. Recommend and hope to come back!

Wonderful Stay in Cervinia"I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Cervinia! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The apartment itself was spotless, with a level of cleanliness that truly impressed us.The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view – every morning we were able to enjoy the stunning mountain scenery right from the window. It was an unforgettable experience! Stunning views

We had a wonderful experience. While the apartment wasn’t particularly spacious, it was more than enough for our family of two adults and two kids. The space was well-organized and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the apartment was absolutely incredible — a highlight of the entire trip! The owner was exceptionally hospitable and caring, making sure we had all the necessary instructions and information to settle in easily. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

Nice fresh apartment and great hospitality

Fresh and nice apartment with everything needed including balcony. Compact living but nice beds and fresh bathroom. Great view of Cervinio/Matterhorn from the inside of the apartment. Good hospitality from Nicoletta as well. The round house is approx 10-15 min walk from the Cielo Alto ski-lift. There is a bus close by that you can take to and from the ski area and the town of Cervinia that goes approx 2 times/hour. If you are an expert skier there is also a possibility for ski-in/out and then it is great.

Beautiful place beautiful host!

We arrived at the flat / apartment and charming Nicoletta was there to greet us with her son Pietro. This apartment has been renovated and is obviously cared for and is fully equipped. It has an incredible view of the Matterhorn /Cervino. It is possible to ski down to the lift from the apartment, however, this method would not be advised for beginners. I never tried skiing directly back to the apartment, although Nicoletta explained there was a way to do this. There is a shuttle bus, the schedule was provided by Nicoletta, which was very helpful, with the stop approximately 20 m from the front door of the apartment building . It runs regularly and costs €1.10 for a ride, each way, to and from town. There is parking available although it can be difficult to find availability, but there are street parking locations. There is a convenient ski locker available with lock. Prior to the reservation and during the reservation, Nicoletta was freely available and very responsive when needed by whatsapp. There is also a building superintendent on premises, available as well. Thank you Nicoletta for a wonderful stay!

Flat with a fantastic view

We enjoyed our stay at Nicoletta's flat very much. It was very clean and well-equiped and the panoramic view from the flat of the mountains including Matterhorn was fantastic. Nearby we could rent ski and we could go skiing directly from the flat in the morning to one of the main lifts and return on ski in the afternoon. Nicoletta and the porter were both very helpful and gave us many good advices. We will come back to Cervinia :-)
