Amazing Duplex Apartment
Amazing duplex apartment located in the thriving area of Colindale. Everything you need for a luxurious stay including super-fast internet, modern furniture and contemporary finishes. The area is situated within walking distance of great local amenities and Londons popular attractions can be accessed from Colindale station, just a 5 minute walk.
Open plan Kitchen & Living Room, Bedroom and En-suite bathroom.
Loft level has one bedroom and another bedroom/lounge area and a second shower room.
Clean linen and towels provided
Dedicated kitchen facilities, including fridge/freezer, oven/hob and all necessary utensils.
En-Suite bathroom with enclosed shower (rain shower and handheld shower)
Free, fast Internet/WIFI (BT Infinity)
Hairdryer, Iron & Ironing Board.
Dedicated washer and dryer.
Good sized wardrobes for clothes and luggage.
TV in both the bedroom and living area.
Free parking is available on driveway (1 space). There is also free parking on the roads outside.

Colindale is in North West London and is local to many popular points of interest, including, Wembley Stadium & Arena, Camden Town, Hampstead, St Johns Wood, Primrose Hill and Hyde Park
There are many parks in the area, each with large green space and a dedicated play area for children.
The area is safe and the neighbours are very friendly.
Colindale station offers quick access to Central London (25 mins) and other popular destinations such as Camden Town (15 mins) and Hampstead (10 mins). Trains are very frequent (every 3 mins).
Many buses operate in the area. Popular destinations include Wembley (83 bus), Brent Cross Shopping Centre (142), Watford (142) and Kilburn (32).
