Cinnamon Villa

My place is close to Hikkaduwa and just 5 minutes to the beach Tuk-Tuk, a 250 rupee ride. Railway station in Hikkaduwa and shops, bars & restaurants. I am resident in UK currently but trusted family friends are on hand to greet & attend to your needs. My uncle lives nearby and will also help with any problems.
The whole apartment is available to you alone on a self-catering basis but breakfast & other meals can be arranged by a local, accomplished cook for you at a small extra charge.
You will love my place because of being recently refitted to a comfortable, contemporary standard. Set within local cinnamon plantations and traditional village setting. A nice base to explore the real Sri Lanka. The apartment is one half of a cinnamon drying house and you can watch the workers at this traditional work. Newly fitted air conditioning throughout for comfort and free wi-fi.
The whole and separate living quarters are available to you alone, being 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen/diner and shower room. Outside is spacious ground with room to park covered by security cameras. A sit down area outside is provided and we ask that all smokers do so only outside.
Although I am in UK at present I can always be contacted but your immediate needs will be attended to by Janarka & Harsha, trusted hospitality providers. Janarka is a local Tuk-Tuk driver and also does airport runs in an air-conditioned vehicle. Harsha is an accomplished cook especially of local dishes.
Train station in Hikkaduwa & of course Janarka will taxi you in his gleaming Tuk-Tuk to the beaches, local shops, restaurants and out to Turtle nursery trips as well. All at reasonable rates. There is a bus stop very near if you want to experience the thrill of a local bus ride.
