Miss you. Kisses and love. We ll wait in Naples city
Location could not have been better, close to metro and the Vatican. Plenty of shops nearby. Everything was great. Living space was as advertised and clean. Would stay again!
We loved the property. Spacious rooms, clean, furnished with amenities. Location is excellent, very close to the Vatican museums and subway. Comfortable beds, three bathrooms. Landlord very kind and easy to reach. We'll go back there for sure!
We loved the location and the apartment was very accommodating for our family of five. There is currently construction in the front of the property but we didn’t find it to be a big problem. We had a great stay! Grazie!
Emiliano was extremely accommodating. The apartment was Christine sleeping arrangements were perfect. It was located with a few minutes. Walk to the bed again tons of cafés and restaurants all around. Would absolutely book this again

grazieeeeee. we'll wait for you in Naples and Salerno
This property is unique and quirky in the best way. It is located within walking distance of the Vatican. Gabriele was so helpful and responsive to our needs. The home is spotless with everything you need to relax and enjoy Rome. Several great restaurants and shops and right next door.

Many thanks… Now we waiting for you in Naples city. Gabri
Danielle's place was great to roam around the city. Very close to Vatican and metro station. The apartment has 3 bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. Plenty of restaurants around and great food to buy. The only drawback is the place has no table to sit together but a kitchen high table for bfast. That was perfect for us.
This was a wonderful place to stay.
It felt more like a Roman home experience than a holiday letting. The location suited us perfectly endless hospitality options, public transport and the proximity to walkable tourist routes. The apartment itself was maintained with everything we needed and more. The size of bedrooms along with ensuite options ensured ample privacy and
respite for our family (or in a group situation).
Thanks very much.
Great location and very friendly host. Kitchen needs a cleanout from non functioning and leftover articles. A very old and poorly working washing machine unfortunately destroyed our clothes.
Our first visit to Italy from the U.S. I and I could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and location. Great comfortable 3 Bedroom 3 Bath apartment minutes from the Vatican and walking distance to so many great attractions. Public transportation minutes away as well. Make sure you visit Giovanni at the restaurant next to the entrance of the apartment. GREAT food and great people who appreciate and engage tourists in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
This apartment is so well located. Our biggest problem was that we were in the middle of a heatwave and would have enjoyed Rome more if it wasn’t so brutally hot. We spent more time in the apartment than enjoying Rome. Because there was not a common area we spent our time in our bedrooms.Emiliano was a gracious host, answered our questions and gave us more ideas of places to see than any other host we have had.
Really lovely stay! My entire family was impressed with the guest art house as well as the great hosts! Unfortunately we had some issues with our train and were very late for expected check in but Emiliano still met us and showed us everything about the apartment and even gave us recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. in Rome.
Anyone with mobility issues should be aware that the elevator is quite small and old.
Thank you Gabriele and Emiliano! If ever back in Rome we would love to stay here again. -Meg and family
