This top floor marina apartment is perfectly located and just a short walk to the beach and Lagos old town.

The apartment has open plan living room full of light from floor to ceiling windows leading to a large terrace with dining area overlooking the marina.
Two double bedrooms, 1 King size and 1 twin. Both Ensuite and Family bathrooms have walk in showers.

Air Conditioning throughout.

Also included is private underground parking and 24 hour security.


Recently refurbished, the apartment is full of natural light and finished to the highest quality. An open plan living room opens on to a large terrace with dining area overlooking the Marina. Two double bedrooms, 1 King Size and Ensuite, the second a Twin. Both bathrooms have walk in showers.

The apartment is Air Conditioned throughout.

Ideally situated to explore on foot, just 10 minutes to the nearest beach of Meia Praia with 4km of sandy coastline and 10 minutes walk to Lagos old town.

Second Stay

Nice, modern apartment apartment fully equipped for home cooking. Close to the Marina but away from the noisier part of it. Supermarket is within easy walking distance, as are restaurants and bars. Very accommodating owner. Quiet area.

Wonderful

My husband and I and our 8 year old twins had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect for access to restaurants, activities, the beach and a grocery store. Colin was extremely helpful in guiding us with anything we needed to know. I definitely recommend!

Lovelly stay

This is a lovelly, clean and modern apartment. It has everything you would need for self catering. It was great to have proper beds for my 2 teenage girls. The location is stunning and is in a quiet part of the marina. Everything is within walking distance The Madness Bar close to the apartment is great for evening drinks with relaxing atmosphere. Cafe J is also nice for dinner. This was our first time in Lagos and would recommend it. Great town for families of all ages and couples. Would love to stay again

My family and I have just returned from Lagos after a wonderful 9 days staying in Colin's stunning apartment. This apartment is very modern, exceptionally clean and is in a wonderful location at the quieter end of the Marina. A 10-15 minute walk to beach and to the old town of Lagos. There are a few nice restaurants on the Marina, however in the town you are truly spoilt for choice. We have been holidaying in the Algarve for over 25 years and the food is always fantastic. There is a very good supermarket across the road where you will find everything you would need. We will return to Lagos again and hope this apartment is available as would have no hesitation in booking again. Colin was very helpful from booking apartment to meeting us on arrival and showing us around. Thank you again Colin.

Modern & Bright Apartment

Well located apartment in the quiet part of Lagos Marina, within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the centre of town. This is a modern, bright and well-appointed apartment with high-end appliances, ideal for cooking. The owner is very accommodating and good to deal with. We enjoyed our six weeks in the apartment and will be returning next year.

A great apartment in a great location. Meet and greet worked well with flexibility of check in and out times dependant on occupancy pre / post your stay. This is a well presented apartment with easy access to a reserved car parking spot, shops and all the wonderful amenities the marina offers. Bring your Uber app. Rides are inexpensive allowing exploration of restaurants and facilities a bit further out. Thanks Colin.

Absolutely fabulous !!

The Marina Apartment was fabulous !! It was fantastically located on the Marina & yet only a 10-15 min walk into the old town. There are many lovely places to eat & drink on the marina too if you didn’t want to venture far . The apartment itself was beautiful, very spacious, light and very well equipped . I loved all the small touches like the candles, the cushions , the habitat plates , John Lewis towels , the beach towels that were provided, the fresh flowers & the welcome gift in the fridge ! Colin was extremely helpful & always replied to any queries we had . He made some great recommendations, and even booked us into an amazing cliff side restaurant for my birthday ! I will definitely be telling all my friends & family about this little gem & im sure we will return . Thanks so much Colin for making our holiday so memorable!!

Beautiful apartment in a great position.

Apartment is in a great area within walking distance of the centre of town, great restaurants, the beach, train station and other transport hubs. There are Marina views from the balcony, a great supermarket 5 minutes away and everything you could need in the well equipped kitchen. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants nearby mean there's no need to cook if you don't want to. There's plenty of opportunity to access water sports, fishing and boat trips from the Marina and surfing days in the town. The apartment is beautifully presented and has everything that's needed for a great holiday. The owner goes out of his way to make you welcome and is accessible and ready to answer any queries. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you.

We will definitely be returning to this apartment. We have stayed in many places over the 6 years we gave been going to Lagos and this one was the best in terms of space and facilities.The furnishings were clean and stylish and appeared well maintained. The kitchen and shower rooms were lovely and the bedrooms spacious and quiet. The aircon was much appreciated as it was over 80 degrees! We envy Colin in his ownership of this beautiful flat.

I'm Colin. Originally from UK, I moved to Portugal in 1999 and worked in Lisbon for 10 years. At every opportunity I travelled throughout the country, and in June 2014 decided to move to the south west coast, an area known as Costa Vicentina . The wild, often deserted coastline, the daily fish market, the local Tasca, the smell of grilled sardines and seafood toasting on the grill, the tiled houses, the clear blue skies, the people. Costa Vicentina and western Algarve still offer a raw authenticity. This is what attracted me. This is 100% Portugal.

Why they chose this property

For me, it's the natural light, clean space, positive energy. No surprise that there are 3-4 art galleries here. Ideally placed, just 10 minutes to the beach and old town, and 5 minutes to train and bus terminals. And should you coose to rent a car to explore further, apartment includes private underground parking and 24 hour security.
