The House of Birds, ideal for families, wifi and air conditioning

The Bird House is located in the Macarena district, 10 minutes from the historic center of Seville. It is an apartment built by Sevillian architect Anibal Gonzalez for the Exposition of 1929. It has high ceilings, good lighting, tastefully decorated and everything necessary for you to spend a good stay. It has good public transport communication with the main tourist areas and to access the center during Easter and the site of the April Fair.
Accommodation.
The apartment has three bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with a sofa bed and a third with a bunk bed, located on the top floor with access via an internal wooden staircase). All bedrooms have closets. It also has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen has all utensils for 6 people, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and small appliances needed for cooking. The beds have bedding with down comforters and there are towels in the bathroom.
In addition to the rooms, from the upstairs bedroom is accessible through a private door to a communal terrace where you can see good view of the neighborhood and the city. On the ground floor there is a communal courtyard where you can park bikes.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a block with no lift. Inside the house there is an internal wooden staircase, small though somewhat steep.

Keys in hand deliver them personally. We can give information about sightseeing, public transportation, neighborhood resources, etc. We live in town and can be available to solve the problems that may arise or to provide the information they need to make their stay more enjoyable and fruitful.
The neighborhood.
The neighborhood has a lot of life, a lot of activity. Less than 10 min walk we can find all the basic services: greengrocer, fishmonger, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, church, etc. 5 minutes there is a bar area where you can taste typical Sevillian tapas. Two of them are well known, "El Tremendo" and "Casa Pepe Cruz" offer a wide selection of dishes and have great number of people.
Public Hospital "Virgen Macarena" is a 10 min walk and there is a Local Police Station 5 min.
At the Cathedral of Seville can be reached on foot, about 30 min, or public bus, about 30 min, on lines 1, C3, 12 and 10, with stops located near the house.
At the Plaza de la Encarnación, building of Mushrooms, is accessible on foot: about 20 min; or public bus: 20 min, on lines 1, 11 and 12, with stops located near the house.
A Guadalquivir River rides are accessible on foot: about 20 min; or public bus: 20 min, on lines C2 and C4, with stops located near the house.
The Andalusian Parliament (Hospital of the Five Wounds) and the Basilica de la Macarena is accessible on foot: about 10 min; or public bus: 15 min, on lines C2 and C4, with stops located near the house.
How to get
The Bird House is located 15 minutes from Seville airport. The taxi fare to the airport is € 22.20 Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 21:00; € 24.75 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; on 24 and 31 December, and the days of Holy Week and April Fair, from 7:00 to 21:00; and 30,93 € the days of Holy Week and April Fair, from 21:00 to 7:00 hours.
From the railway station of Santa Justa is located 7 min. It is accessible by taxi at the prevailing rate (less than 10 €).
