Saint James's Club and Villas - 2 Bedroom Detached Villa

This stylish and spacious 1600 villa, available in 1 or 2 week (Sun - Sun) blocks is located a stones throw from the beach and has fantastic views of the resort and Mamora Bay. It is suitable for relaxing with friends or families with children and is conveniently located for enjoying the bars, restaurants, beaches, pools and sporting facilities of the St. James' Club & Villas Resort in addition to exploring the delights of this island paradise.

The villa sleeps up to 6 guests and has two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom, twin beds which can be joined to make another king size bed. Both bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fans and flat screen TV's. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and have full height sliding doors onto the terrace offering fabulous sea views and a lovely Caribbean breeze. A sofabed is also provided for two additional guests or roll-away beds can be requested, for an additional fee.

The open plan living areas are located upstairs with sliding doors that open the whole length of the villa onto a large balcony overlooking Mamora Bay and on which there are two sun loungers and an outdoor dining table, chairs and BBQ for great Al Fresco Dining. The interior retains a colonial feeling of space with a vaulted ceiling giving an airy, relaxed atmosphere with European style furnishings and colourful local artwork on the walls. The villa is fully air conditioned and has a flat screen TV in the living area, two ceiling fans and the internet is accessible via the resort. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with an American style fridge/freezer as well as a cooker and double sink. It is fitted with everything you need should you want to eat in.

Featured on 'The X Factor' as Nicole Scherzingers judges house and also on ABCs 'The Bachelorette Finale', St James' Club & Villas is tucked away on a secluded 100-acre peninsula on the south eastern coast of Antigua. It is about 30 mins from the airport and has two beautiful beaches, four restaurants and five bars. A daily resort fee of US$24 per villa provides complimentary use of the six swimming pools and a new fitness centre and spa, the four flood-lit tennis courts, table tennis, pool and a PADI dive centre providing complementary non-motorised water sports such as kayaks, pedal boating, hobbies catamaran sailing, windsurfing and fishing etc. There is also a 40 foot catamaran on which you can enjoy excursions during the day or at sunset for an additional fee.

The villa is ideally located for those who want to explore beyond the confines of the resort without losing the convenience of the hotel facilities and 24 hour security. English Harbour with its many restaurants, bars and shops is a ten minute drive away (taxis and car rental available at the resort) and the beautiful beaches of Half Moon Bay, Pigeon and Rendezvous Bay are within an easy drive. There is a kite surfing school at Willoughby Bay, five minutes away and two golf courses within half an hour's drive.

The resort’s All Inclusive package can be arranged (villa guests receive a discounted rate of US$105pppn - half price for children under 12) and room service and baby sitting etc can be provided for an additional fee.
