UPPER FLOOR



When entering the upper floor be prepared to be captivated by breathtaking panoramic ocean vistas due to the large windows and doors .The open dining and lounge area are adorned with high-quality contemporary furnishings.. The dining area comfortably accommodates guests, and a spacious lounge area with entertainment systems awaits you. The generously fully equipped kitchen offers another balcony.



Opening the sliding doors leads you to the expansive terrace with stunning views stretching from Praia da Rocha to the amazing cliffs of Ponte de Piedade, whose rocks are particularly magical in the morning light. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable dining area and electric awnings, ensuring a comfortable space for relaxation throughout the day.



GROUND FLOOR



The two air-conditioned bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and provide direct access to the large pool. The spacious master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower.



On the ground floor there is as well a utility room equipped with a high quality washing machine and dryer.



POOL AREA



The gorgeous pool area, directly accessible from both bedrooms, offers ultimate relaxation in a well-kept, blooming garden.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION



This property offers the convenience of a private undercover car parking space.

The nearby Meia Praia beach (300 m walk) with its beach bars can also be explored by a charming wooden walkway that meanders along the sand dunes.



The marina is within a 15 minute walk and an extra 5 minute over the bridge will take you to the town center.



A local bus-stop directly on the beach road and taxi services are available as well.





Hot water and pool heating is supplied by solar panels. The electricity is provided by a highly self-sufficient photovoltaic system with a large battery pack. Please feel free to also use the wall-box to charge your electric vehicles. Even the air conditioning can be operated with a "green" conscience.





For stays of 14 nights a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service including linen and towel exchange is provided.
