Beautiful Villa with Stunning Sea Views and Large Private Pool.

Magnificent, air-conditioned two-bedroom villa 'Beira Mar' .The villa offers incredible sea views and a large solar-heated private pool. The golden beach of Meia Praia with bars and restaurants is within a three minutes-walk from the villa. The lively old town of Lagos and the Marina is also very close.

This sustainable villa is equipped with a solar hot-water and a photovoltaic system.


UPPER FLOOR

When entering the upper floor be prepared to be captivated by breathtaking panoramic ocean vistas due to the large windows and doors .The open dining and lounge area are adorned with high-quality contemporary furnishings.. The dining area comfortably accommodates guests, and a spacious lounge area with entertainment systems awaits you. The generously fully equipped kitchen offers another balcony.

Opening the sliding doors leads you to the expansive terrace with stunning views stretching from Praia da Rocha to the amazing cliffs of Ponte de Piedade, whose rocks are particularly magical in the morning light. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable dining area and electric awnings, ensuring a comfortable space for relaxation throughout the day.

GROUND FLOOR

The two air-conditioned bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and provide direct access to the large pool. The spacious master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower.

On the ground floor there is as well a utility room equipped with a high quality washing machine and dryer.

POOL AREA

The gorgeous pool area, directly accessible from both bedrooms, offers ultimate relaxation in a well-kept, blooming garden.

The adjacent dining area with BBQ and comfortable seating invites for unforgettable summer evenings


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This property offers the convenience of a private undercover car parking space.
The nearby Meia Praia beach (300 m walk) with its beach bars can also be explored by a charming wooden walkway that meanders along the sand dunes.

The marina is within a 15 minute walk and an extra 5 minute over the bridge will take you to the town center.

A local bus-stop directly on the beach road and taxi services are available as well.


Hot water and pool heating is supplied by solar panels. The electricity is provided by a highly self-sufficient photovoltaic system with a large battery pack. Please feel free to also use the wall-box to charge your electric vehicles. Even the air conditioning can be operated with a "green" conscience.


For stays of 14 nights a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service including linen and towel exchange is provided.

Just an amazing view!

Loved the location and how quiet the area was. Make sure you have beach towels and other pool / beach items. The pillows were ok not great, and make sure you have extra towels for the bathrooms.

Really excellent location - Very close to the beach. The pool is fantastic. The view from the top balcony is incredible. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need. Facilities in the Villa are all incredible. There's also an amazing BBQ fish restaurant over the road! Overall very relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing!

Sehr erholsam, es hat an nichts gefehlt

Die Ausstattung mit dem großen Pool, die Investitionen ins Haus z. B. die Klimaanlage sowie die Zwischenreinigung/Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel mit sehr nettem und kompetenten Personal hat uns gefallen. Einzig: Wir waren nur zu zweit, da reichten die Handtücher, bei vier Personen würden ein- zwei Handtücher mehr den Komfort erhöhen.

Uma casa onde apetece viver todos os dias!!

Gosto de toda a concepcao desta casa. O jardim muito bem concebido que rodeia a bela piscina, que oferece um espaço onde se pode realmente nadar e nao apenas refrescar o corpo. A casa tem dois bons quartos ( especialmente a suite) com ar condicionado, muito eficiente nos dias e noites de muito calor. O piso superior com a sua janela panoramica para a Meia Praia e a excelente varanda, permitem desfrutar de uma vista soberba sobre toda a baía de Lagos, num deslumbramento permanente! Nas semanas que passo nesta casa, é muito raro sair da mesma, a nao ser para uma escapadela à praia, ali mesmo defronte. Um encantamento a todas as horas. Quem projetou esta casa e quem a mobilou e equipou demonstra ter uma apurada inteligencia e atenção à qualidade e aos detalhes, fazendo desta casa um verdadeiro paraiso. Quando acabam as ferias e a nossa estadia, só suspiramos pelo ano seguinte e pela vontade de ali regressar! Embora de muito boa qualidade e esteticos, os sofas fronteiros à televisao poderiam ser mais confortaveis mas esse pormenor nao afeta a minha classificacao geral de considerar esta casa, no seu conjunto, como absolutamente excelente.

Beste Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick

Lage, Ausstattung und Ausblick sind perfekt. Für uns eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir bisher bewohnt haben. Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal hier und werden sicher wiederkommen. An einigen Bereichen nagt ein wenig der Zahn der Zeit. Einige Nähte der Markise sind kaputt. Für eine Liege gilt das auch. Der Abfluss einer Dusche läuft nur schwer ab. Und die letzten drei Tage, war das Wasser nur noch lauwarm.

Magnifico alojamiento, nefasta gestión

Se trata de una buena casa pareada para desconectar en familia o con amigos. Muy proxima a la playa y cercano a Lagos. La pena a sido la nefasta gestion de la inmobiliaria Mimosa. Imposible realizar una comunicacion directa con ellos antes de llegar (llamada a 3 numeros, varios mails y unicamente respuesta tardia pioor whatsapp) simplemente para saber como recoger llaves. A nuestra llegada careciamos de agua caliente y tardaron 4 dias en solucionarlo. Puede ser un problema que no dependa de ellos, pero ni una disculpa, ni una solucion y menos aun la atencion que ello suponia. Para finalizar llegada tarde para recoger las llaves. No exisitio ningun tipo de disculpa pese al lamentable trato. Si yo fuese el dueño de la casa, cambiaria de inmioibiliaria.

Muito boa moradia de férias

ótima piscina e bom equipamento de apoio na piscina, ampla varanda com uma vista magnífica, camas muito confortáveis, bom mobiliário e equipamento, jardim muito bonito, criando uma atmosfera muito repousante . Na sala poderia existir um outro sofá. A água quente não funcionou como deveria, o que nos dias mais frescos é desagradável.

Top-Haus in Top-Lage mit tollem Ausblick

Dieses gepflegte Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen! Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was eine Familie mit Kindern und Jugendlichen benötigt. Der Pool ist riesig und es macht Freude, ihn zu nutzen. Meia Praia ist etwas windig, das Wasser des Meeres Ende Juni/Anfang Juli recht frisch; auch insofern ist der Pool perfekt. Klare Empfehlung! Wir möchten wiederkommen!

Sehr erholsamer Herbsturlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus ist traumhaft und der Pool war trotz des kalten Wassers entspannend. Natürlich braucht man ein Auto um Tagesausflüge zu machen, aber das wussten wir vorher. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Lage - perfektes Haus

Das Haus ist von der Lage und Ausstattung einfach perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist manchmal ein wenig schwierig, aber final dann doch gut. Haus war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt, aber das wurde dann sofort behoben. Wir waren Wiederkehrer und würden auch jedes Mal wiederkommen. Das Haus ist unser absoluter Favorit. Leider benötigen wir in diesem Jahr 3 Schlafzimmer.

Lagos Urlaub

Sehr sauberes Objekt. Top Lage. Super Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist bestens ausgerüstet. Sehr gutes W-Lan. Alle Deutschen Fernsehsender. Sehr schöner Pool. Beim Einchecken gab es leider anfänglich Probleme, da niemand vor Ort war und wir auch niemanden telefonisch erreichen konnten . Nach 30 Minuten war aber alles gelöst. Als die Poolpumpe defekt war wurde sie innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hierher. Obrigado.

Magnifique Maison

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette superbe maison. Très bien équipée. Idéalement placé près de la plage....... Une voiture est quand même conseillée pour faire vos courses. Maison très bien agencée pour une vie familiale.... En bref: Allez y les yeux fermés. La maison correspond totalement aux photos

Herrliches Haus mit Meerblick

Tolles Haus genau wie vorher beschrieben ( es fehlte nichts ) Schöne moderne Einrichtung , sehr gute Küchenausstattung, Toller Meerblick und kurzer Weg zum Strand , Lagos Fußweg 30 Min. auch machbar - insgesamt einfach nur Klasse

Fantastic House in an Amazing Location

Everything about this place was perfect! The house itself was immaculate and had all the little extras that make staying easy - condiments, water and a bottle of wine, plenty of washing machine capsules, coffee etc. You could tell that the owners take great pride in their home. The location was perfect too - 100 m to the beach, amazing sea views, walking distance to town and very quiet. Laura and her colleagues were easy to deal with and the check in process was thorough. The house is exactly as shown online. All in all, we absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Ein absolutes Traumhaus. Ein mega Pool, stylische Inneneinrichtung ( ein Lob an die Besitzer!?) und ein toller Ausblick. Umkomplizierter Check in. In 2 min ist man an einem langen Sandstrand, der auch jetzt im August nicht voll war. Zu Fuss gelangt man in ca. 20min in die Altstadt. Für Kleinkinder ist das Haus nicht geeignet ( auch so in Ausschreibung) da Schlafzimmer und Bad unten - Küche und Wohnzimmer oben. Für unseren 8 jährigen Sohn aber natürlich kein Problem. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen und werden sicher wieder kommen!

5* luxury accomodation in a very quiet area

We rented the property for the month of June the villa is located in a quiet area but within 20mins walk to town the villa is positioned so that the sun is with you most of the day , great décor and excellent specification with very good pool area and spectacular views over the bay of Lagos. Equipped to a very good standard we would recommend this property and will be looking to return soon.
