The property, which consists of a house with private pool and additional two apartments with separate entrance, is situated in a quiet and peaceful 1100 m² estate, in the nice neighbourhood of the village Maslinica, surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation, secluded from noise and intrusions.
The house is newly built, surrounded by a large garden with Mediterranean trees and plants. Here you can really find the true Mediterranean.
This lovely Mediterranean villa has two floors and a large private swimming pool in front of the porch.

The house consists of four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large newly furnished kitchen, a spacious dining area, a comfortable living room with TV and an additional lounge, a commodious terrace with sea view to the west, all surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden.

There are, also, two apartments with separate entrance.
One apartment is on the first floor, and second on the ground floor. The apartments are the same, and they consists of a comfortable bedroom with double bed, kitchen with new elements and dishes, living room with TV and additional sofa, bathroom and a large terrace. One terrace with great sea view and one with Mediterranean garden.

It's a place where you can enjoy your holidays with friends and family and still be sure that everyone will have their privacy.

Listen to the sea, crickets and birds whisper to you while relaxing in the shade of pine trees.
Enjoy the healing smells of Mediterranean vegetation as you dive into the serenity of the deep blue of the Adriatic Sea.
Find your peace in our villa, enjoying the sunsets of Maslinica, a small village located on the west coast of this magnificent island.

Accessibility: The Island of Šolta is easily reachable from Split. Ferries go from Split 6 times a day and the ride lasts only 45 minutes. For guests that are coming without a car there are speed boats going 2 times a day and they reach Šolta in 20 minutes. For those guests we can also offer transportation to the apartment.

Split is the biggest city in the region, situated on major tourists routes. Main Croatian motorway runs to Split and in 3 to 4 hours of driving you will reach Split from western borders of Croatia. Buses, trains and ferries come to Split from all around Europe.

Accessibility by air: Airport Resnik is the only airport of the City of Split and the biggest in the region. From the airport to Split seaport, where you take the ferry or speed boat, it’s a 25-minute drive. There you take a boat to Šolta.
If necessary we can arrange for our guests transportation with speed boats from airport to the island. With this ride you could easily be at your vacation place in 30 minutes

With the ride from the airport, a ride with a boat and a short ride on the island you could easily be at your vacation place within 2 hours of travel.

Very nice house with favorable location

In total we were 15 people (age 8 to 70), and used the whole house and the two apartments. This is a perfect and practical house with enough space, pool and a short distance to shops as well as the beach/sea. Our week at Sôlta got very successful and relaxing largely because of the house and it’s location.

16 people living in a exellent house!! We are 7 adults and 2 teenagers,7 children.With two separated apartments, it suit us very well. It was perfect for our constellation!! The house was in perfect order, everything was great. It was very clean and tidy!! The view over the see was fantastic!! Jean was an excellent host. The pool was a hit! Most of us lived in it! Fantastic Villa for a large group.

We had a fantastic 10 days in this villa which is situated in the beautiful village of Maslinica. Communication with Jean, the owner, was excellent throughout and he was always very helpful, even taking us to the big supermarket during our stay. There were 16 of us between the ages of 14 and 52. We loved the pool and outside area and made good use of the BBQ. The accommodation has everything you need and the aircon in every room was very welcome! The village is only a 5 minute walk away and we enjoyed paddle boarding and making use of the kayak that was at the villa. The beach bar and other bars and restaurants along the lovely harbour area are a must. We had a brilliant day on speedboats, travelling around the island, stopping off for swimming and snorkelling. Visiting Split for the day was easy and well worth doing. All in all, a brilliant holiday in a fantastic villa and a beautiful location.

A fantastic place with a great host!

We were a group of 14 Swedish people - kids, teenagers and adults - who stayed in Jean and his wife Sanja's beautiful house for a week. It was nothing less than a complete success. The house is perfectly located; secluded but still within walking distance to beautiful sea spots where we took morning dips and afternoon baths, as well as restaurants and grocery shopping. We spent most of our evenings on the terrific patio, watching the sunset over the sea and barbecuing (with fresh herbs from the garden!), while the kids enjoyed the large pool. The house is well equipped, and we didn't miss anything living our best vacation lives. Worth an extra shoutout is the air conditioners. They are all well functioning and silent, which was very appreciated by us Northerners. ;) We've stayed in numerous nice places all over the world throughout the years, and what makes all the difference is the host. Jean is the ultimate one. His level of service mindedness is out of this world. Jean is friendly and easygoing. Always eager to help and responded quickly to our every question. He helped us with transportation (for free!), with recommendations and tips. Jean and his wife gave us a welcoming gift of nice wine, charketuries, cheeses and a homemade local delicacy. A very nice touch! But most of all they welcomed us into their beautiful villa and made us feel totally relaxed and at home. For that we are thankful. We cannot recommend Villa Voga - Jean and his family's place - enough.

Ett fantastiskt trevligt och stort hus med havsutsikt och pool intill skuggig uteplats med plats för alla. Vi var 10 vuxna och 6 barn i åldrarna 1.5 år till 9. Bra med lägenheter i anslutning för småbarnsfamiljerna. 10 minuters gångväg till fina Maslinica och härliga strandbad. Mycket fint bemötande av värdenas Jean och hans fru ! Mycket

70-årsfirande

Huset ligger perfekt med en vidunderlig utsikt och kort promenad både till stranden och den lilla byn. Det var också praktiskt med tre lägenheter när flera generationer bor tillsammans. Det var gott om plats vid poolen och bra skugga där. Det var drygt 30 grader varmt när vi var där. Att ta en kort promenad för att köpa frukostbröd och att uteduschen är omringad med rosmarin förhöjer semesterkänslan. Värden och hans fru är otroligt hjälpsamma och det skapade en trygghet. Det är ett boende vi alla skulle vilja komma tillbaka till.

We had a great time in Villa Voga . The villa is clean and spacious with all amenities and a lovely swimming pool . Everything we needed was provided by the host. Amazing views of the bay and only 5/10 minutes walk to the nearby beach. Great for exploring nearby hidden coves. Good choice of restaurants and supermarkets. Maslinica is a great choice for the family holiday.

Wir haben diese Villa für einen Urlaub mit Freunden gebucht. Insgesamt für 14 Personen. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wie auf den abgebildetes Bildern. Der Vermieter Žan und Seine Familie waren sehr nett, immer erreichbar und ermöglichten uns sogar einen frühzeitigen Check-In. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, auch für größere Gruppen, da die Villa sehr geräumig ist und Genügend Rückzugsorte bietet!

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, przepiękne miejsce, dom, okolica, blisko do sklepu, portu i na przepiękną plażę. Beautiful House and perfect location

Jean has a beautiful house at Maslinica with the perfect location close to the beach, restaurants, small shops. We was a family with 8 adults and 3 small kids staying there for 10 days, and we would really recommend to visit Solta and stay in Jeans house.

Väldigt trevligt hus

Perfekt boende för 4 familjer. Ungdomarna bodde i vars en lägenhet och vi vuxna i huvudbyggnaden. Fin trädgård med härliga växter, underbar pool och fina uteplatser för umgänge. En kort promenad för att komma till havet och till hamnen och dess restauranger. Jean var en perfekt värd som hade handlat lite gott till oss när vi anlände och körde oss även till en större mataffär så att vi kunde handla mat och dryck.

Amazing house and host!

We were a group of 14 friends and had everything we wished for and more! We loved our stay at Villa Voga and Jean was an amazing host. He was there whenever we needed something and even drove one of us to the airport when he needed to leave a few days earlier. The house has a beautiful view over the sunset and a Beach Bar within 5minutes walking distance. I can really recommend going to Villa Voga.

Einfach perfekt!

Mit insgesamt 13 Personen ( davon 7 Kinder) verbrachten wir 2 wunderbare Wochen im Haus von Sanja und Žan. Angefangen beim sehr freundlichen Empfang samt kurzer Ortsführung, über die jederzeit schnelle Hilfe, die gute Ideen und Tipps sowie den herzlichen Überraschungen, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus und die 2 Wohnungen sind sehr geschmackvoll, gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet - nichts fehlt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der große Pool mit Terrasse und angrenzendem Grill sorgen für einen perfekten Urlaub. Das Haus empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter und bedanken uns für die tolle Zeit ganz herzlich bei Sanja und Žan. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastisk ferie.

Vi var 3 generationer - 6 børn og 6 voksne - 6-74 år - og også 3 familier. Huset med de ekstra 2 lejligheder passede perfekt til vores formål. Vi ankom sent med speedbåd fra lufthavnen - arrangeret af Jean. Vi havde bedt om nogle indkøb, så vi kunne få lidt at spise aften og morgen - også det sørgede Jean og Sanja for. Fantastisk swimmingpool hvor specielt børnene opholdt sig og legede i timevis. En god gåtur til stranden, hvor vandet var perfekt. Vi har kun gode minder og kan absolut anbefale Villa Voga på det allerbedste.

Family holiday 2019

What a fabulous holiday we have just had here!! Our family of 14 hired the whole house and 2 appartments. The kids loved the pool and being close to the beach and the adults loved the villa and appartments!! Very close to the centre, lots of lovely restaurants! Jean and Sanja are a lovely couple who were extremely helpful both before we arrived and during our stay! They organised our transfer from the airport and even brought a Birthday cake over to celebrate for one of our family members! A lovely family holiday with memories to last forever. We would highly recommend here 😊

Nice house for many people

We rented this house, three families together. It was nice, clean and we had all the equipment we could ask for. Jean was easy to contact and helped us with whatever we needed. There was a problem with the pool at our stay, but he solved this instantly. We’d recommend this house to a big family, who wants a vacation close to the sea and in walking distance from a village and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent for both children and adults

This was a great holiday for the entire family, our children and in-laws. The house is lovely situated just above the village Maslinica, tastely furnished, with plenty of space inside and outside by the pool. We made hiking and cycling trips all over the island, the island offers plenty of opportunities for both children and adults. Our hosts Jean and Sanja were very helpful with advice where to dine outside, on those rare occasions when we decided not to stay by the pool in the evening and enjoy the seaview with a glass of wine. We hope to return some day!

Relax for body and soul

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this divine island beyond words. The house is lovely, with a beautiful maritime chic, full of interesting details, clean and spacious, with a great sea view from the front patio. The pool is crystal clear, the evening lights in it made me feel like a mermaid :-). It was quite tempting not to spend all the time by the pool, as it would be a pity not to go to the beach – also very beautiful with pebbles and emerald sea. We also cycled to other locations, there are lovely small clandestine beaches within cycling reach, providing lots of shade under the pine trees. En fantastisk värdfamilj som verkligen ville göra vår semester till det bästa! Mycket bra boende som för oss 16 personer i 3 lägenheter på samma fastighet. Stort soltak att inta vila o måltider under med en välskött pool o solterass intill. Solta är en ganska liten ö och det mesta o bästa finns alldeles inpå knutarna. Öborna är gästvänliga o hjälpsamma på alla sätt! Vi kan verkligen rekommendera en semester här! En varm hälsning till Våra värdar, Sanja o Jean som välkomnade och servade oss på ett helt fantastiskt sätt!

Šolta still escapes mass tourism and commercialization.
You can really enjoy swimming, sports activities, diving and snorkeling and of course touring the island by foot, bike, car or bus.
This island is such a peaceful romantic place with easy access to the historical Unesco sites of Split, Trogir and Hvar.
Compare to the other areas of the island this, west side, has cleaner waters, better views and picturesque little village that has grown from around an old castle.
