The house OLVES is located in a quiet residential area, with on-site parking for 2 vehicles. The beautiful beaches of Riells and Montgô are around 600 m from the house.

The house has 143 sqm of living space and is divided into two levels.

First floor
On the first floor there is a dining room with fireplace, a living room (satellite TV, DVD, stereo), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen / ceramic hob, estractor hood, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator ) and a double bedroom.

The second floor
Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom with balcony, a further double bedroom, a bedroom with a single and a bunk bed (sleeps 3), a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub. All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

And also ...
The washing machine is in the garage. The house is equipped with an air conditioning / heating and can be rented all year round.
The plot is largely paved, and has an 4 x 8 m pool. There is a comfortable seat next to a palm tree.

A beautiful house in L'escala....a great home!

After speaking to the owners after my initial booking I knew I had made the right choice. Helmut and Karna are more than helpful and really friendly and will ensure your stay is as hassle free and enjoyable as possible. The house is great, it's spacious and has all the mod cons you could need including sky, smart dvd (usb input) big tv, dishwasher and even aircon. The house is well kept..bright and airy and clean and was more than comfortable for our stay. The furniture and fittings were more in keeping with a home than a holiday rental. Much better than a hotel in my opinion! I particularly enjoyed the pool, which can be heated apparently (though was not required). The outdoor space was great too with bbq facility and an overall feeling of privacy and quietness due to its neighborhood residential location. The house is a close walk to several restaurants and to Montgo bay with more restaurants and a great beach. Again it's near enough to things you may want but not in the centre so there is no traffic or noise to worry about! L'Escala town is only a short drive too and well worth a visit...or take the local tourist train for a few euros from Montgo! Overall a great holiday home and holiday in L'Escala...we will go back!!
