About this property

Nice, atmospheric studio near the beach!

The studio is a nice, cozy cottage next vila where the apartments are located. It features a 2-person box spring, kitchenette with fridge, induction hob and a bathroom with toilet, hot water shower and sink.
There is an outdoor barbecue. A swimming pool (also with bar) and a plurality of sun beds. All apartments have a private outdoor seating. Within the walls and behind the electronic fence there is ample parking.
Above the apartment is located a house, here we live. We are always ready to answer any questions / comments or to provide you with information.

Smoking is prohibited in all stays.
It can be used for free gas, water and electricity. Aircon 8 hours a day.

The Neighbourhood
Curacao holiday apartment is just 30 minutes from Hato Airport, in the district Cas Grandi. The high location with a wonderful trade wind, the view is great and extensive mention. Jan Thiel Beach is less than 5 minutes. "Mambo beach" can be reached within 10 minutes and the center of Willemstad in only 15 minutes.

Cozy studio for a couple

The owners that live on the property are friendly and helpful. This is a small studio with no table inside to eat, but there is a bar outside to sit at. If you plan on cooking in a lot, be aware that there's little counter space. Also be aware that European electrical outlets are in the unit and the shower never gets really hot if that's important to you.

Oase der Ruhe

Eine gepflegte Anlage, in der man zur Ruhe kommt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Man muss aber unbedingt ein Auto haben, fussläufig ist rein gar nichts zu erreichen. Zur Anlage gehören aber auch Parkplätze. Das Haus befindet sich in einer reinen Wohngegend mit sehr schönen Häusern. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
