The apartment is decorated in a modern mediterranean style with new furniture, fixtures and fittings. It is equipped with air conditioning, video intercom, led TV, washing machine, kitchen with gas hobs, oven, fridge-freezer, italian coffee machine, mosquito nets, wi-fi 24/7, hairdryer, heating. Villa Tigani is a new and private facility with independent apartments surrounded by nature and with direct access to the beach; ideal for families and children at any time of year to get recharged, find peace and breathe air rich in iodine in complete leisure. It has a large green area with a varied vegetation rich in olive trees, cherry trees, plums, lemons, grapefruit trees, pine trees, orange trees, cycads, blueberries, flowers and lawn. Equipped with outdoor showers and lockers that can be used, in particular, returning from the beach. Offering barbecue corners, tables and chairs, relaxing areas with hammocks for those who love the reflection and meditation through silence and the sounds of nature. Guests can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and will be fascinated of the sunrises and sunsets in this unique environment. Guests can reach the sea by the gate of the property. The villa is located directly on the seafront of Davoli Marina.
