Gorgeous House

Gorgeous House, very clean with all equipment you might need. Spacious BBQ and solarium, with a beautifuls gardens around the house. Wi-Fi, fast speed and reliable connection. Host very friendly and helpful. Thank you, sure we will return

La casa está muy bien y es muy cómoda y su ubicación es muy buena. Destacar la terraza posterior con un porche que es muy agradable. Las 3 habitaciones son amplias aunque una de ellas no tiene puerta y afecta a la intimidad. La cocina-salón-comedor es amplio y bien equipada.Ami, nos atendió bien en todo momento y estuvo muy atenta intentando resolver las cuestiones que fueron surgieron.En cambio había cuestiones de mantenimiento deficientes. No pudimos utilizar el garaje porque la puerta no funcionó a pesar de que enviaron a un técnico que intentó resolver el problema al día siguiente volvió a dejar de funcionar de nuevo y ya no enviaron a nadie más. La electricidad se fue dos veces por un fallo en el cuadro eléctrico y tuvimos que llamar para que nos guiarán para restablecerla. También tuvimos alguna plaga sobre la que no dieron una solución satisfactoria y tuvimos que convivir con dos pequeños ratoncitos en la cocina.No le he dado excelente por estás cuestiones de mantenimiento y otras menores que creo que son fácilmente reparables.En cuanto al anuncio, se indican 4 habitaciones cuando en realidad son tres habitaciones, porque una de las camas dobles (futón) es en realidad un sofá cama en el salon-comedor. Da pie a confusión y de hecho nosotros quedamos sorprendidos y tuvimos que pedir un plegatin que nos puso Ami y un niño tuvo que dormir con sus padres. La información en la web de las habitaciones es confusa y debería especificarse mejor texto y fotografías.

Gut ausgestattet

Das Ferienhaus in Bajamar war recht neu und sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlte uns ein Toaster. Leider funktionierte der Backofen nicht, aber wir kamen auch ohne zurecht. Der Grillplatz ist sehr schön und lauschig. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist nicht ganz ruhig, aber so sehr viel Verkehr ist auch nicht. Das geht wirklich und wir konnten mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist sehr praktisch mit regelmäßiger Anbindung nach La Laguna und Punta del Hidalgo. Bajamar ist ein netter Badeort, hauptsächlich von Familien besucht. Zu den herrlichen Meeresschwimmbecken sind es 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß, nur die Straße und Treppe runter. Ideal für morgens und abends schwimmen gehen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf Teneriffa sehr genosssen. Danke!
