NUMBER 53 is a perfect choice for a couple. It is a newly renovated town house.. It actually has 2 bedrooms, but when rented to a couple the second bedroom is closed off and the rest of the house is for your sole use. It's a lovely spacious option for a couple.

The lounge is modern and bright with all the usual facilities that you would expect - Smart TV and FREE WIFI.
There is also a dining area to seat 4.
Newly installed fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, fridge etc. Leading from the kitchen there is an under cover area houses the washing machine and a freezer. It also has an undercover seating area for 2. This leads to a small back yard.

Upstairs is a newly installed bathroom with an L shaped shower bath with shower, loo and wash hand basin .

The bedroom has a comfy double bed and EMMA mattress with bamboo, antiallergy, antibacterial protector. Top quality pillows are provided for your comfort. There is a mirrored wardrobe with ample storage facilities and ANOTHER television.

If you travel by car we can provide free street parking passes. Parking is available outside the house. At busy times you may have to park in adjacent streets that are also covered by the free pass.

If the official arrival time doesn't suit you we will do our best to have the house ready early for you.

The train station and bus links are only 5 minutes walk from the house.

Takeaways, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and The Stephen Joseph Theatre are all very close to number 53.

All in all the house is perfect for a romantic weekend, or a longer stay to sample all the delights that Scarborough has to offer.
