Ideally located just 300m from the beaches and shops, lovers of walks and picnics feet in the water will be delighted. Our architect villa "Padoue 2" is a real source of light, space and conviviality. In the heart of Moulleau, our villa is fully equipped, tastefully decorated and has 5 beautiful bedrooms (up to 14 people with two extra beds). The villa also has a private parking for two.

A security deposit of € 2000 will be requested from the Agency upon arrival in accordance with the rental agreement.

Superbe séjour dans cette maison aux beaux volumes, lumineuse (grandes baies vitrées), bien équipée, terrasse et mobiliers extérieurs au top. Très proche centre et plage Le Moulleau. Idéal pour plusieurs familles ou couples. Nous étions 12 avec enfants. Très bon accueil avec arrivée/départ facilités. Nous conseillons.

Villa tout confort

Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 jours au sein de cette villa. Très bien située et équipée, nous étions 10 adultes et nous avons pu profiter pleinement des lieux. Les équipements extérieurs sont appréciables (salon de jardin, barbecue, ...) et la maison est suffisamment équipée pour préparer de bons repas (vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, rangement, ...), les chambres sont spacieuses et au calme. Bref, nous avons passé un super moment.

Bel emplacement, mais prestations décevantes

Cette villa est très bien placée, lumineuse et donc agréable à vivre, mais les prestations sont décevantes vs le prix, notamment au niveau des salles de bain qui sont très mal entretenues. Quelques marques d'usure également sur le mobilier et les murs.
