Stylish Apartment on farmland in a peaceful rural location

Garden Suite 2 is a newly renovated holiday apartment in a quiet village 2 miles from Wells. It sleeps two people, is nestled in 4 acres of garden and fields, and has lovely views of the Mendip Hills and Somerset Levels. It comprises one bedroom with king size bed and flat screen tv, and ensuite shower room with complimentary toiletries. The lounge is open plan, with wall mounted tv, kitchen with cooker, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave oven, toaster, fridge with small freezer compartment, and dining area with french doors to the outside decking with outside seating. All linen, towels, tea towels, bathrobes, etc. are included, and the kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. for your comfort there is a Bosch coffee maker which takes Tassimo pods, and there is a welcome pack of tea coffee and hot chocolate so guests can relax and make themselves a welcome cuppa on arrival.

Great stay

Spent a lovely long weekend here. A great location and a lovely, clean accommodation set in lovely open, peaceful grounds. Carol kept on touch and the admin side of things excellent!

Great Location for our visit to family in the area. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great to get at 'hotel tray' with coffee sachets and T bags etc so we didn't need to purchase

Perfect in every way

Great location- we needed somewhere where would have access to Bristol, Bath and Wells -this is perfect. The property was immaculately clean when we arrived, well presented, and comfortable. We even had a cream tea set up waiting for us and a fire pit set up outside. I couldn’t recommend more.

Super spring stay

We had a lovely mini break in this delightful property. It was all we had hoped for & more. Well equipped, super clean & tidy as well as being really comfortable & cosy. Plus it was a wonderfully peaceful spot . The cream tea left by Carol was a lovely bonus & very much enjoyed after our journey. This is a great base to explore Somerset with so much to see & do in the immediate area before going out further. We will definitely be back at some point as we loved the area & this little gem of a place to stay. Thank you for everything & letting us stay Carol, we had a lovely stay.

Hidden Gem!

This is a great little property in a pretty location. Carol was really accommodating and also let us bring our well behaved dog, even leaving food and water bowls for her. The welcome pack (and cream tea) were a lovely touch. Sorry we had to cut our stay short (poorly pooch) but we hope to visit again under less stressful circumstances. Many thanks again for your hospitality.
