Charming apartment located on the fourth floor, in one of the most refined streets of downtown Porto, close to the best restaurants, bars and designer stores.
It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The living room has a balcony that faces the street.
All rooms have air conditioning. It has TV and WI-FI.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. The whole apartment is extremely comfortable and has the necessary equipment to provide a great stay.

The place is beautiful and centrally located. Very noisy because of bars but still worth staying because of location. I thought parking was included but it's paid and was very expensive. The hosts were amazing and very communicative. I definitely recommend it.

Wonderful apartment

Very comfortable apartment for us 3 travelers. Close to the train station and all the tourist activities. Alice and Pedro were very helpful and Pedro has put together an excellent guidebook with information and addresses for all the good locations in the area.

Delightful apartment, very clean & tidy, great location

Great apartment, good location in a lovely street with lots of cafes and bars Easy access to shops and sights Can be a tad noisy in the evening as the bars/cafes stay open until early am, but where the bedrooms are is fairly quiet. Overall a great place to stay Porto is quite hilly but has a good public bus service and taxis are very cheap.

Excellent holiday apartment. Very clean with all amenities needed.

Host are very helpful in every way. We arrived late evening and they still found time to show us around apartment plus the time to tell us about many attractions, restaurants, public transport etc within porto and surrounding cities. We both had a fantastic 10 days in porto and in apartment.

Lovely apartment in Porto

The 5th floor apartment is in a convenient central location in Porto. Well furnished (with AC and good wifi), clean and accessible (lift from first first floor). Helpful owners who provided useful information and a great welcome. Great place to stay and lots to see within walking distance. Warmly recommended.

Clerigos neighborhood

Excellent two bedroom apartment in great centrally located neighborhood near famous Clerigos Church and Tower, Livraria Lello. Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and stylishly furnished apartment. A lot of restaurants just step away.

Beautiful flat in Porto

This 2 bedroom one bath flat has a beautiful balcony and is located in a perfect location to see the city. It has a small kitchen with everything you need. And a lift so you don't need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. The A/C in the bedrooms and living room area felt amazing on these hot summer days.

Perfect location in spacious apartment

Alice & Pedro catered to our every need. A beautifully cared for apartment in a centrally located part of historic Porto. Cafes, restaurants, bars, shops & cultural sites at your doorstep. Alice brought us milk & juice for the next morning, & had a lovely selection of teas & a coffee machine. The toiletries & free nearby parking was very much appreciated!

Excellent accommodations

Great central location. Very clean and freshly renovated apartment with excellent supplies (attention to details i.e. water, milk, juice and coffee upon arrival). Ample supply of towels and very comfortable beds. Pleasant sitting area. Very professional and prompt owners. If you are a light sleeper you would most likely need ear plugs. Bedrooms are at the back which helps manage the sound coming from the street. I would highly recommend this apartment.

A delightful apartment with a rare attention to detail

This is a special property. Spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. Attention to detail is rare for vacation properties. This apartment is furnished and decorated the way you would outfit your personal home. Location can’t be beat in Porto in our view. Everything you want to see and do is either at your doorstep or a close walk away. Alice and her husband are delightful hosts and respond virtually immediately to any questions. Fresh renovation and spotless. We were very pleased with our choice and look forward to a return visit.

Trunk bed in the living room

the property was advertised as accommodating three people but has a single bedroom. We assumed the sofa opened into a bed. That is not so: they put a trunk bed in the living room. A bit cumbersome but comfortable. The kitchen is minimally equipped with not even a dishcloth, sponge or dishwashing liquid. There are very few parking spots at the back but we got one and this was very convenient. We liked our stay.

Dear Catherine There must be some mistake, you are probably commenting on another apartment where you stayed on your trip through Portugal. Because my apartment is advertised for 4 guests, as it has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as you can see in the pictures). The living room has two comfortable sofas, but neither is a sofa-bed, because I think that's uncomfortable. The kitchen is small, but with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay, including dishcloth, sponges and dishwashing liquid. We also don't have parking spots at the back, there is a public car park 50 meters from the apartment. As you stayed six nights, I sent you a message asking if you wanted my maid Ana went to clean the bathroom and the apartment, change the sheets and the towels, but you didn't respond. Fortunately, she always leaves two changes of towels for all guests. I'm sorry for this mistake, but we really enjoyed meeting you and receiving you. All the best and come back always! Amazing Apartment

My wife and I just finished a 1 week stay in this lovely apartment. We couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is brand new, just refurbished this year. It is very large and roomy. The owners were very accommodating and were always concerned for us without being overbearing. It is on the fourth floor in an elevated building. One apartment on each floor. There are about 8-10 steps before you get to the elevator but if I, 76 years old can do it so can you. The bathroom was very large and well equipped. The 2 bedrooms were also very spacious. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. There is not much more I can say except if we ever come back to Porto, this is where we stay.

Je recommande vivement cet appartement , très bien situé , très confortable & meublé avec beaucoup de goût ! Alice est disponible . tellement gentille , on voudrait l'avoir comme amie ...elle répond rapidement à nos courriels , accueil chaleureux de Pedro ! L'appartement est vraiment bien situé , la grande majorité des visites se font à pied ! Je m'y suis sentie chez moi . Bons restaurants & terrasses à proximité..Comme il y a des bars & discos dans la rue , la nuit , on entend un peu de boum boum , mais la fenestration est excellente . Pedro fait de bonnes recommandations pour les restos & les commodités comme les épiceries ! Pour le retour , c'est Alice qui s'est occupé de nous réserver un taxi qui nous a emmenées à l'aéroport de Porto ! Si j'ai la chance de retourner à Porto , c'est certain que je louerai cet appartement ! Merci Alice & Pedro , vous avez contribué pour un excellent séjour dans votre belle ville de Porto !

Schöne Wohnung in sehenswerter Stadt

Die Wohnung und Lage entspricht der Beschreibung.Wir wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen und mit vielen Tipps versorgt.Besonders der Hinweis auf einen Ausflug nach Aveiro war sehr gut,können wir weiter empfehlen.Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer Straße mit ca. 20 Bars,also nichts für lärmempfindliche Gäste.Uns hat es nicht gestört,wir haben das bunte Treiben vom Balkon aus beobachtet.Die Stadt ist eine Reise wert.
