The apartment is about 45 square meters “Single space" and is part of a complex of 3 maisonettes and 3 apartments, named "White Blue". Ideal for couples or families with 1 child 4 to 10 years old, (not suitable for 3 adults).
Entering you will find the living room with two built island couches and the dining table. In the same area (separated with a curtain) there is the double bed that has the luxury mattress, the clothes closet, the dressing table and the fully equipped kitchen. Beside the kitchen is the two spaced bathroom of the apartment.

“Faragas” named apartment is self-catering, fully equipped with all the comforts for calm and carefree stay, located at Krotiri very close to Marcello beach and 3km from Parikia, the capital of Paros. It has its own balcony with Sea View, open private Parking and available sun loungers near the pool.
From the living room you can go out to the pool which is just in front of the apartment.

YOU’RE STAY
During your stay, we ask that you comply with the following accommodation rules:
• External Visitors: It is not permitted to have external visitors in the accommodation and overnight visitors are not allowed. Accommodation is private, only for its guests.
• Noise: All guests are asked to respect the other guests and nearby residents.
• Animals & Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Children under 4 years old are not allowed for safety reasons.
• Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the houses and apartments. Smoking is permitted only at outdoor areas.
• Pool Hours: You can use the pool between 8:30 – 15:00 and 17:00 – 22:00, for self cleaning and respect of the siesta time of Greek law), And for safety reasons, the use of any inflatables, balls, full face masks and snorkels in the pool, are not allowed.
• Basketball Hours: You can play at the court upon request, 11:00 -13:00 and 18:00 -20:00

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The area is not suitable for children under 4 years old.
Please note that the reservation will be booked exclusively for the number and details of the guests of the reservation, more guests are not accepted.

ACCOMMODATION LIABILITY DAMAGE
Guest is responsible for any damage that may be done in the house or apartment due to him or his guests (glassware breakage, crockery, wash basins, furniture damage, electrical equipment damage, frames, etc.) and the relevant cost will be charged for replacement or repair.

LOSS TO GUEST PROPERTY
The accommodation does not take any responsibility if the loss is due to negligence of the guests or persons accompanying him.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS OR RULES
1. The administration can refuse to accommodate the client who is obviously ill or drunk.
2. The administration reserves the right to turn away guests if they are not respecting the rules of the accommodation. As compensation the below-mentioned cancellation policy applies.
